When I showed up for my appointment, the office was closed saying, doctor is not available for next 10 days for personal reasons. I understand emergencies happen but at least give a courtesy call to cancel my appointment. I also had called the office 3 times in the week prior to confirm my insurance details and left voicemail, no one gave the call back. Very unprofessional. Now I have pain in my tooth and will have to wait another 2 weeks to find another dentist!

Extremely caring and compassionate doctor. I had an excruciating pain in my jaw and contacted Dr. Gorthi, she was able to adjust me into her schedule for the same day. She diagnosed me well and referred me for further treatment.

We have been visiting Dr. Bharathi for last 2 years. She is very friendly, flexible with appointments and the appointments are available on most weekends. She takes time to explain the problem, recommend various treatment options. Dr. Bharathi personally give a call for the follow up.

Overall, Dr.Bharathi and her awesome assistant Litzy, have provided best in class dental work, guidance and concise explanations of needed procedures to maintain healthy dental hygiene. Dr. Bharathi & her assistant have attended me numerous times and it's always been a good experience!

Dr Gorthi is our family dentist for more than 7 years. She has been very professional dentist and care more for what is right treatment for her patients than money. She and her team is always pleasant, friendly with patients and accommodate patients for appointments. Intern dentist Lizy who helps Dr Gorthi is also amazing. I highly recommend Dr. Gorthi if you are looking for family friendly dentist for quality and right treatement and whom you can trust for your families dental health.

It was my first dental visit ever and Bharathi and her assistant made me comfortable and explained to me all the issues with my teeth, what services are needed and also gave me detailed explanations on what is covered by insurance and what's not, what my out of pocket expenses would be and then proceeded with services after receiving my consent. Though there was one more sitting I am scheduled for, am satisfied with the treatment and the service I received so far.

Went through open care.C i should not have been charged anything but she charged me $50 as co-pay even though I was completely insured. Wasn't ready to give me the receipt. Asked me to come for the second time to get the receipt. Okay doctor but terrible experience overall.
