A native of Lawrenceville, Dr. Tuggle excelled at both Dental College of Georgia at Augusta University, where she graduated in the top 20 percent of her class, and at the University of Georgia, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with honors, before joining the BGW family.
Dr. Potter previously owned and operated a small independent practice in Vestavia Hills, Alabama and left to move closer to home. She brings with her experience in Invisalign aligner therapy as a discrete alternative to braces and enjoys working with patients who desire to achieve a healthy and aesthetically pleasing smile.

Richard G. Bennett, Jr., DMD, is a native of Jesup, Georgia, and a graduate of Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, Georgia. Dr. Bennett attended the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry, where he was president of his class for four years. He was also involved in Omicron Kappa Upsilon Fraternity, a Region V Trustee for Southeastern Dental Schools, and served as president of the American Student Dental Association. Dr. Bennett is a recipient of the Georgia Dental Education Foundation Scholarship, as well as a two-time recipient of the Hinman Dental Scholarship.
Today, he is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Georgia Dental Association, Pierre Fauchard Academy, and the Academy for Sports Dentistry. He is also former board president of the Good News Clinics, a medical/dental clinic that provides free dental and medical care to the underserved and uninsured residents of Hall County, and, in 2013, he received the Georgia Dental Association Community Service award for his work with the clinic. In 2020, Dr. Bennett received the Dentist of the Year award during the Health Hall awards from the Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce. Dr. Bennett was appointed by Governor Nathan Deal to the Georgia Board of Dentistry to consecutive terms in 2011 and 15. Dr. Bennett currently lives in Gainesville with his wife, Maggie, and their three sons Mac, Harper, and James.
Cindy Fulenwider Greene, DMD, is a graduate of Gainesville High School and the University of Georgia Honors Program. During her time at UGA, Dr. Greene was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, Phi Kappa Phi and held the position of scholarship chairman for Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority. She graduated Magnum Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology. Following graduation, Dr. Greene attended the University of Florida College of Dentistry, where she earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. While in dental school, Dr. Greene was an active Board Member of UF Dental College Admissions Committee all for four years, the American Student Dental Association, and Psi Omega Dental Fraternity. In 2008, Dr. Greene completed a residency in Oral Cancer Care and donates a large portion of her services to providing surgical and maintenance care for patients who are diagnosed with all types of cancers and systemic health diseases. Dr. Greene completed a residency in IV moderate conscious sedation at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh in 2013 and enjoys being able to provide sedation services for many various types of comprehensive dentistry.
In 2011, Governor Nathan Deal appointed Dr. Cindy Greene to the Georgia Board of Public Health where she served for two years. She now serves on the Georgia Foundation of Public Health Board as Treasurer. In 2018, Dr. Greene was selected by the Hall County Chamber of Commerce as Dentist of the Year for her community and surrounding areas. Dr. Greene lives in Gainesville with her husband, John, and they have three children ages 13, 11, and 7. The Greene family attends Lakewood Baptist Church, and all are involved in full-time competitive sports. Scuba diving, coaching youth basketball and softball, and spending time traveling with family and friends are Dr. Greenes favorite things to do in her free time.
Ryan Wood, DMD, is a native of Douglasville, Georgia. He attended the University of Georgia, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Biology. At UGA, he was a member of the Fraternity of Phi Gamma Delta and was also an active member in the Universitys Student Government Association. Dr. Wood attended the Medical College of Georgia for Dental School. Upon graduation, he went on to complete a General Practice Residency at the Medical College of Georgia, which consisted of further training in dental implants, intravenous conscious sedation, and general dentistry.
Dr. Wood is currently a member of the Georgia Dental Association, American Dental Association, and Hinman Dental Society. He is an active volunteer at the Good News Dental Clinic attending underserved and uninsured residents of Hall County. Dr. Wood lives in Gainesville with his wife, Liz, and their twins, Catherine and James. Dr. Wood attends Gainesville First United Methodist Church, and in his free time, he enjoys golf, hunting, UGA football and time spent on Lake Lanier with his family.

Had a wonderful experience at BGW. From scheduling, to the front office staff, the hygienist and Dentist, I was so impressed with the professionalism and kindness. Kerry, my hygienist, was thorough and took the time to make sure my mouth was cleaned properly. Couldn't be happier with my choice to go to BGW dental group.

I needed a new Dentist after moving here. from out of state. My wife selected BGW Dental Group, and I couldn't be happier. I was able to get seen quickly for a chipped tooth. As soon as a I walked through the door, I was greeted by the friendly staff. I was taken back and was examined. The hygienist took her time getting X-rays and pictures of my teeth and a thorough inspection of my chipped tooth. When Dr. Vaughn came in, we discussed my options and created a treatment plan. They took the time to get to know me and find out what was the issue at hand with my tooth. This is a great dentist office where they don't just see you as an appointment, but be as an individual. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs a new dentist or is not happy with their current dentist.

This place is amazing . Dr. Vaughn was great with my dental care and made me feel at ease with my dental procdures. The staff was reassuring and comforting while Dr. Vaughn worked on my teeth. It is refreshing to have people that love their job and show it with their compassion and deep respect. I would recommend this office to anyone of any age for any dental needs. Also the staff has sent me cards in the mail. Thanking me for coming in. I thinks this is going above and beyond. Wow! Thanks again it was a great experience!

I could not have had a better experience at BGW yesterday. I took both my boys in - one for the first time - and had my teeth cleaned as well. The office itself is very upscale and clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly. My 8 year old is a dentist veteran, but my 3 year old has never been and is a challenge to say the least. The hygenist (embarrassed that I've let her name slip my mind) was so good with them, making the entire experience fun. My cleaning was seamless and discussion of treatment plan for both my kids and myself was as pleasurable as discussing dental work can be! I'm excited to have found such great dental care in our new area! **Update: I ended up needing a root canal and crown, and while the procedure was not what I wanted to spend approx $2K on, BGW made it seamless and painless. Definitely recommend Dr. Vaughn for any root canal/crown needs. Easy peasy!

I have just completed an Invisalign treatment plan at BGW under the care and direction of Dr. Sarah Potter. My original intent was to treat a lower crooked tooth from my childhood that worsened as I aged ultimately resulting in biting my lower lip while eating. My RESULT was a perfectly aligned tooth and a much improved smile due to better alignment of ALL of my teeth. Dr. Potter was quite nice and approachable during the visits. She took the time to answer all of my questions which were many. Her assistant/hygienist, Estrella, was extremely nice and professional and very encouraging throughout the process. Estrella is a positive, happy person and is a strong asset to the team at BGW. Now that I am finished with Invisalign, I will be able to continue with Dr. Potter for my regular dental appointments meaning that the same dentist that aligned my teeth will be monitoring and taking care of the health of my teeth as I continue to age which is a complete win-win situation. I very much appreciate that BGW expanded their services to include Invisalign. I just can not say enough good things about my excellent experience and outcome.

I highly recommend BGW Dental Group! Cesia was my dental hygienist and she was PERFECT! My teeth have never been cleaned so thoroughly! She was kind, and very knowledgeable. Also, Dr. Potts was WONDERFUL! She did an excellent job of explaining a treatment plan for me and I felt very comfortable discussing any issues that I am having with my teeth. The ladies at the front desk were so polite and helpful. I am 56 years old and this is by far the BEST and most comprehensive dental visit that I have ever had!

They are just the best. Always smiling and friendly. They have navigated these trying times with ease. Dr Vaughn and Mariah are just great people. So happy I got to see the Christmas decorations this year. When you love going to the dentist you know this place beats all the others. I would go there just to hang out it is so inviting. I am currently in Invisalign and Dr Potter and her assistant have made it the best experience possible! I could already see a huge improvement after just 7 trays! I currently had two sets of braces as a child and my teeth had shifted tremendously. Thanks to Dr Potter I am able to be happy with my smile again!

I highly recommend this office. I called because I was having pain and Lauren was able to get me in right away to see Dr. Vaughn. His assistant, Sarah was so nice and made it comfortable for me to take an x-ray because those are typically so hard for me. They were able to complete same day treatment and get me out of pain. I was very thankful for them.
