I've had a few dentists in the pasts and this by far has been the most pleasant experience. Their attention to detail is unmatched. They are brutally honest but always have the patients' best interests at heart. There is never a long wait to get treatment which is of course a plus. Angie at the front desk is beyond amazing. Choosing this facility is beyond one of the best decisions I've made. Both Dr. Lillian and Dr. Javdan are amazing; You will not be disappointed ;-)

I have been a patient of Dr. David Javdan for 20 years. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Javdan. He has saved my teeth a number of times. He is kind, very methodical, reassuring and calming. All dental experts agreed that he does perfection work. Every time l've had a tooth emergency, him and his staff provided me an immediate appointment! The entire staff makes you feel like you are part of the family. Thank you Dr. Javdan and the entire staff!

MONEY TRAP. This is the second time I've been to this dentist. They will upsell unnecessary services, some sort of Antibacterial Treatment (bro your mouth is part of the biome it's gonna have bacteria, what kind of bacteria is going to replace the bacteria this treatment will get rid of?) and Fluoride service, not covered by insurance (when my insurance says it is). When I asked specifically what these services were, so that I could do my own research, the dentist left the room and the receptionist ushered me out of the office. The first time I went there they did some form of periodontal services on 4 of my teeth to the tune of $690. After haggling with them on the phone going back and forth with my insurance, all of a sudden it was $388, the price I paid at the office up front... which makes me wonder if I would have even had to pay $388 if I hadn't paid up front. Overall just unclear, seems super shady. They Try to make you pay before talking to your insurance. It takes multiple requests to send you information when you ask for it... just weird unclear vibes overall. They seem nice upfront thou. Idk. Looking for a new dentist.

We made a very good experience with Dr. Javdan's dental practice. On our vacation in Los Angeles my mom lost her crown and thus needed to be treated shortly. The practice was recommended to us by a local. We got a very short-term appointment which is greatly appreciated and received best consultation and treatment. Dr. Javdan and the whole team are extremely nice and professional.

Dr. Javdan did a root canal and 2 fillings on my 5 year old daughter today. It was her first ever visit to the dentist. He was so kind, and patient. The level of professionalism surpassed all norms. From this point on I will take all my children to him. Dr. Javdan thank you so much for treating my daughter with such care.

Dr. Javdan & his whole office have completely changed my view on dentists. I definitely had a lot of anxiety coming in, knowing I had extensive work to get done, and they were so kind, calm, and knowledgeable from the moment I entered. They got me in same day for an emergency root canal and made sure I felt no pain during the entire process. All the work I've had done here is excellent, and he fixed all my previous work that had been done poorly. I feel like I am finally getting my smile back! I would 10/10 recommend this office to anyone in the market.

I've been with Beverly Hills Prestige for 12 years now. My experience with the entire group has been wonderful. It is the best dental care I've ever received and would absolutely recommend. Everyone in this office is so friendly and helpful. I have been going to Dr Javdan for almost 4 years now. I have been to several dentists and dr Javdan is world class! Unfortunately, I have needed many types of services, so I am definitely speaking from experience. Very grateful to have found him and his awesome support team. Highly recommend!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Javdan for over 20 years. I would not trust any other dentist for my dental care. I am LOVING my INVISALIGN. They really do WORK! I am seeing the difference weekly and enjoy looking in the mirror at what is happening to my smile. He is simply the best!

Out of all the dentist offices I tried in LA since moving here, Dr. Javdan is by far my favorite! He and his staff are welcoming, fair, transparent, flexible, and does quality work. Dr. Javdan doesn't settle for anything but perfection (even when it comes to cleanings) and when it comes to my teeth, I wouldn't expect anything less. I never thought I'd feel this way about any dental work or office but I actually enjoy my dentist visits when I see Dr. Javdan!

Staff and Dr were friendly but they over charge for the services they offer based on "the Dr likes to use such and such product so it will cost drastically more" I felt like they were trying sell me and not treat me.. That makes me feel cheated and only a Dollar sign. I came in with the codes and cost from my insurance and they wanted 2x' that and more. Very disappointed in the experience and waste of my time.

5 stars for the best hygienist: Nira! 0 star for the worst billing clerk: Aricely. She never replied to emails. Double dipping, take the full amount from me & then from my insurance too. I asked her to email me my credit balance & she never replied. Every time I went there, I had to spend hours arguing with Aricely about the billing. I lost wages. Because of her I was hours late to go back to work. I went to many dentists, this place has the most unprofessional billing. She didn't give receipts for what I was paying for. She handwritten her calculation & keep it for herself. Even after I asked for a copy, she still didn't give me. 05/06/21 Went back to get the crowns, a huge mistake! I made appointment 2 weeks ago. Just a day before the appointment, the receptionist called to cancel because she didn't review what my appointment for. If a patient cancelled last minute like this, they will be charged cancellation fee. After I complained, she reinstated & quoted me in 2 different calls, my balance $700+. I went there for 3:30 pm appointment, someone else, not Dr Javdan, doing the impression & unscrew the implant caps. Not until 6 pm, someone asked me to pay $1,440. I asked to talk to the receptionist or Ariceli, but they left 5pm & didn't bother to find me to confirm the price. See my picture, why all of the devices are rusty & dirty??? Also 6 pm, finally dr Javdan saw me & he insisted to grind my upper tooth. So today trip was completely wasting my time. They have to do the impression all over again at another day. Very unprofessional. Also they only give a receipt from credit card payment, but not for what are you paying for. Only in this dentist, I never get a treatment receipt. Again very unprofessional! Updated 12/14/21: I was promised when they received my insurance reimbursement, they will send me my refund, as we agreed the fix price for my 2 implants. Well, my insurance has reimbursed them in 06/21 & I heard nothing from them. On 09/28/21 I sent them an email, I asked for a copy for detail of my last payment for & the calculation of my refund. No response until today. This after Aricelli treated me like a criminal from out last encounter. Beware of the pain killer "special" drug, they never said the price. I have to pay the full amount $170 from my own pocket, after no reimbursement from my insurance.
