Dr. Hessam Nowzariisa formerDirector ofAdvanced Periodontics at USC and has been a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology with an expertise in implantology, aesthetic implant surgery, aesthetic periodontal therapy, and full-mouth reconstructions.
Dr. Nowzari holds a PhD in Biology and Health Sciences. He and Dr. Alan Tuan are the founders of the Taipei Academy of Reconstructive Dentistry (TARD) in Taiwan and one of only two American members of the Dnipropetrovs'k State Academy of Medical Sciences Ukraine.
Since 2002, Dr. Nowzari has served as one of the selected scientific experts on an international panel charged with assessing and ranking research proposals for the Ministry of Education and Research, sections of medical engineering, inItaly. He was elected to the Italian Board of Experts for evaluating medical products for patient safety and health integrity in 2004.
He is the guest Editor-in- Chief of the Journal de Parodontologies & d 'Implantologie Orale in France. His current movie, entitled: 'What Killed The Smile of Hatshepsut?,' A Woman Who Was A Pharaoh?, won the Award of Merit 2012, Short Documentary, fromThe Accolade Competition that honors outstanding craft and creativity in film, television, and videography.
Dr. Eric Chois currently the Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Southern California Department of Advanced Periodontology. He holds a D.D.S in from the USC School of Dentistry. He trained and began his career as a Periodontist at the University of Southern California and specializes in periodontics and implant dentistry.
He is a member of several dental associations, including American Academy of Periodontology, California Dental Association, American Dental Association Los Angeles, Dental Society, and Korean American Dental Associations.

Claudia takes great pride in working side-by-side with Dr. Nowzari and the rest of the staff to offer patients the best possible service. She is certified in CPR, and a certified Notary. She makes her home in Montebello with her husband and 3 beautiful children.
Sharlene very much enjoys caring for and educating patients. She loves seeing positive results of this collaboration! With a BS Degree and RDH Certification from USC, Sharlene returned to her alma mater as a clinical instructor of Dental Hygiene for 10 years. She and her husband Richard make their home in Irvine. Sharlene stays sharp and happy through exercise, traveling, and cooking (although she claims 'not very well' for the cooking!)
Kathy loves working as member of the team to provide excellent dental care to the community. She received her BS in Dental Hygiene from University of Southern California, and received her license to practice as an RDH in 1981. Kathy stays fit by swimming, walking and practicing yoga. She is an avid fan of movies and plays, enjoys going to concerts, and is a student of Metaphysics.
Helping people to have healthy mouths and 'happy teeth' delights Armineh. She is another proud USC grad, with a Bachelor of Science and RDH degreefrom the school where Dr. Levine servedon faculty, and Dr. Nowzariserved as Director. She and her husband live in Glendale with a 'spoiled little dog.' Arf!
Deborah truly understands that Dental health and overall health affect each other. So it 's no wonder that she relishes her work helping others stay healthy in 'this beautiful Life' about which she is so passionate. Deborah received her RDH certification from USC, and she participates regularly in Continuing Education programs both at USC and at American Dental Association annual sessions. She has a big Persian family here in L.A., with four brothers and two sisters. Also, as an avid reader, Deborah is always looking for recommendations about good books you have read.
Meeting lots of people and giving them their smiles back is what Nancy enjoys most about her job. She received her certifications as an RDA, X-ray tech, and for Coronal Polishing in 1991. She and her husband George have three lovely children, Dianne, Ivan and Ace. Nancy loves watching her kids, playing tennis and reading.
