My 7 years old son used to go there 2 years ago for teeth checkup and treatment. Overall it was good and I used to pay everything in advance even before they start the treatment. They supposed to provide a plastic divider between the teeth, we have paid for it and they failed to provide it. After several follow-ups they couldn't provide it. After 2 years from our last visit, I started to receive statements of outstanding balance of $40 which I'm totally not aware of. It is absolutely disappointing and annoying to continue receive their statements, I tried to call them several times with no response. Overall, they charged us for uncompleted service and instead of refunding those charges, I continue to receive emails statements of outstanding $40.

My son had a dental emergency a couple of days ago. Not only is Dr. Lempert an amazing and talented dentist but she is an equally amazing and compassionate human being. She wasn't just there for my son but she was there for me as well. :)

My son goes to this clinic and loves it! There are very professional, caring and friendly people who work there. They know how to make a kid comfortable and not afraid of dental procedures. The office is comfortable and immensely clean!

We are grateful to Dr. Lynn Lempert, associates Adriana, Jessica, Carmen, and her team at Beverly Hills Pediatric Dental Care for their impeccable ability to successfully address and administer to our daughter's dental needs. We have been impressed and appreciative prior to when the COVID-19 pandemic began, but we are even more-so now that we have visited three times in 2020 alone. Each visit has been handled with the utmost professionalism and care for the health and safety of us all. Dr. Lempert and Adriana both took the time to outline precisely what was to take place for our 7 year old daughter's procedure - sharing with her videos and images so that she too, knew what to expect. She was less concerned about going in for her final visit because she was prepared and ready to be strong and helpful too! We confidently recommend Dr. Lempert and her team and thank them for their kindness and concern for our daughter's dental needs, making a tough situation seem easy to resolve and to make even stronger than before!

Dr. Lempert is great and this office is very clean and sanitary, following all covid protocols. The entire staff is so accommodating and very friendly. Would definitely recommend to any parents looking for a pediatric dentist.

We're big fans or Dr. Lempert. We started seeing her in Santa Monica, and when the practice moved 100% to Beverly Hills, we continued to make the drive there because I feel like she cares for our child's needs as if it were her own - she's a great asset for us, and her office team is always great as well.

I'm a BIG fan of this place. My son has sensory issues and they are so incredibly patient with him. It's full of compassionate, empathetic, people who also really know their stuff. Highly recommend

Dr. Lempert and her staff are professional, thorough and kind. My children actually enjoying going to their dental visits. The office is extremely organized, and staff is very well trained. They are using extra precautions due to the coronavirus pandemic (double masks, gowns, gloves, and face shields for all staff) and cleaning the office thoroughly between patients. We have gone to this office for years, and highly recommend.

Excellent experience at Beverly Hills Pediatric Dental. The team was extremely nice, patient, kind and courteous. Dr.Lempert is personable, real, and kind. I walked away feeling this was a pleasant experience (as far as getting your teeth cleaned goes).

My son has been a patient of Beverly Hills Pediatric Dental Care for almost 5 years, and it has been wonderful experience only. The office works perfectly, well organized and always welcoming. Our doctor is absolutely fantastic! My son loves this place, and I envy him because the dental office was a scary place for all kids when I was a kid... Well done, and I highly recommend this place if you care about excellent service for your little ones.

Always a pleasure to visit Dr. Lempert and Dr. Saltz. The office staff is friendly, efficient and warm. Dr. Lempert and are. Saltz are the two loveliest and most professional dentist- orthodontist team ever! They are both wonderful with kids - calm, patient, attentive and they truly listen to their patients. Dr. Lempert has been my son's dentist for over ten years and I always feel lucky to have found her! I can't recommend this office highly enough.

Dr Lempert and her team are wonderful, meticulous and dedicated professionals. She has been my children's pediatric dentist since they were toddlers, and now that she has added a young adult/adult practice with its own separate entrance and waiting area, we don't even have to look for another dental office as they grow from teenagers into adults. Thank you Dr Lempert!
