Having had three rounds of braces that changed her self-confidence and health as a young child, she fell in love with the transformative aspect of her profession as well as the upbeat and welcoming atmosphere that can be incorporated into an orthodontic office. Now, as an orthodontist herself, she aims to treat every patient with respect and kindness, and she strives to create a modern, refreshing environment that children, teens, or adults will look forward to during every one of their visits. Outside of the office walls, Dr. Christines career accomplishments include writing and illustrating 3 childrens books pertaining to oral health and braces with her twin sister who is also an orthodontist, as well as presenting at the 11th World Cleft Lip/Palate and Craniofacial Congress (ICPF) in China in 2017. Dr. Christine attended University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) for her undergraduate Bachelors in Science degree, followed by dental school at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Finally, Dr. Christine stayed in San Francisco at UOP for her orthodontic residency, completing her Master of Science in Dentistry and Certificate in Orthodontics attestations.
In her free time, you can find Christine riding her bike around Santa Monica with her fianc, indulging in restaurants, and exploring Los Angeles with her friends. Originally from the Czech Republic, Christine has a passion for travel, including going back to visit her whole family in Europe.
Dr. Michelle Stepanek is a dedicated Orthodontist who specializes in Braces and Invisalign for children, teens and adults. Having strived to become an orthodontist since she was 11 years old, Dr. Michelle is not only passionate about crafting beautiful smiles, but she is also committed to creating a personalized, attentive patient experience for every person that steps through the door. In her own words, Creating a beautiful, straight smile is a work of art, and I promise to be the artist of your dreams! Together we will find the best approach for your treatment that will be tailored to your wants and needs. My goal is to provide you with a functioning bite as well as an esthetic smile that others will admire! In addition to serving patients in the office, Dr. Michelle has co-written and co-illustrated 3 childrens books on oral health education, orthodontics and cleft lip and palate.
Dr. Michelle earned her undergraduate degree from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). After gaining her Bachelor in Science degree at UCLA, she attended dental school at University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry (UOP) in San Francisco for her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree where she graduated top of her class! She continued her studies at UOP, gaining her Master of Science in Dentistry and Certificate in Orthodontics at the residency program.
Dr. Michelle loves living in Santa Monica where she spends time at the beach, explores new restaurants, and goes on hikes with her boyfriend. She is also an avid traveler and loves visiting her family in the Czech Republic at least once a year among other countries abroad.

Great experience the entire way through my Invisalign treatment. All of the staff took the time to answer all of questions and made sure I knew what to do during each of step. Totally appreciate them, and I would recommend this office to all of my friends.

My experience with getting my invisalign with BHO was very easy! Of course it was quite a lot of money I had swiped on my card, but it is definitely worth the investment! Every appointment that I had come in for, Cesar, the orthodontic assistant, had checked my teeth to make sure they were aligned properly. Helped me to take pictures, x-ray, and made my overall experience fly by so quick. He is hilarious and nice. Now about a year later, my teeth are looking straight and picture perfect. Thanks to Dr. Nehi and the team for helping me get my smile to where it is now. If you're looking for a place to get orthodontic treatment or invisalign, I definitely recommend BHO! :D

I originally found out about BHO via yelp because of its 5 star review and I am very happy with the service they provide here. They have 3 offices so making an appointment is very easy. The orthodontist and dental assistant have always been friendly and professional. Coming to see an orthodontist is scary but at BHO, they provide comfort to make the experience enjoyable. Overall, highly recommend BHO

Found this place through Invisalign's website as they are a top top provider. Before this, other dentists had said that using invisalign was too difficult to fix my teeth, and that braces were required, but this place has really proven them wrong!! Very very happy with the overall experience. Still undergoing treatment but have already seen so much progress. Highly recommended!!

My experience at Beverly Hills Ortho has always been great! I went there for free consultation for the first time and decided to do the invisalign treatment right after. They don't rush you in any phase during the treatment so you don't feel any pressure on the transforming process. Doctors there explain and handle the process professionally and the staff there is nice and take care of you as always. I will definitely recommend anyone who wants to have a big and beautiful smile give it a shot. You won't regret the process and the result. Patience is a virtue!

BHO has provided excellent service as I've completed my Invisalign treatment. Not only am I extremely happy with the results, but the BHO staff make sure every visit is enjoyable with their friendly and attentive attitudes. Dr. Cohen, Cesar, and the rest of the BHO staff are great assets to this location and I'd highly recommend BHO to anyone.

BHO has three locations conveniently located for those who are unable to make it to the main office in Culver City. The staff are very attentive and greet you with a smile. I typically go to the Culver City location, but was unable to make an appointment there, but luckily, Downtown LA was available to see me soon. Great staff at this location as well. I highly recommend BHO at any location, very professional and friendly staff. I want to give a shout out to Cesar, ortho assistant at the Downtown location. He was so sweet and very knowledgeable with recommendations on aftercare. If you're looking for the best Orthodontist office, this really is it.
