My first time to this dentist. I was so nervous. When I walked in I was greeted with a hello and smile and said have a seat and be with you in a moment. This friendly dental assistant came and took me to the back. She made me feel so relax by answering all my questions in a kind and gentle voice. Made feel so relax. Shortly later I met the dentist. Oh how nice he was. He fixed my tooth like a true craftsman painlessly. Oh how happy I am and referring him to all! Excellent dentist office

I generally do not have any dental coverage.. this year I have the basics.. I'm not a good "dentist person".. Dr Brent is without a doubt awesome.. I was treated with compassion & care.. right down to Jackie & dental assistants, they are a wonderful group of people...thank you for making this painless... & Now I smile

Staff is always amazing...was put on the waiting list and one spot opened the same day. Only needed one shot of novocaine where as in the past it wasn't that easy.

Everyone was very courteous, polite, and professional. Dr. Brent Popovich did an excellent job; very precise and gentle hand. I was particularly impressed by the fact that the staff genuinely seemed to care about my needs instead of just saying and doing whatever they had to in order to make more money. I had a tooth extracted and it was the least painful extraction of my life. I would highly recommend Better Smile to anyone who asks. Thanks Guys!

This office was amazing! So nice, well informed and made me feel so welcomed. I had a filling fall out from a previous job from years prior and was having issues getting into a dentist that took my insurance and this office was so kind and not only took my strange insurance, they were able to give me the most informative info on the type of insurance coverage I had, was able to get me in quickly, helped me with my dental anxiety, and every staff member was so kind. They were recommended to me by my good friend and I will be continuing to recommend them to all my friends! I live in Niagara Falls and they are worth the drive!

Everyone is super friendly!! I actually look forward to going to the dentist now than when I was a kid!!The receptionist Jackie always has a smile on her face, she's super friendly!! The hygienist is top notch!! Dr. Brent is top notch, he's super gentle when he's checking your teeth after you get a teeth cleaning!! Keep up the excellent work!!

I am not one to go to the dentist regularly due to what I know is an irrational fear, but still the anxiety keeps me away. I had a wisdom tooth that broke and was incredibly painful. I dealt with the pain all weekend and contacted Better Smile on Monday morning. They were able to get me in at 3 pm the same day. Upon walking in I was immediately greeted and checked in. Usually you can count on sitting in the waiting room at the dentist office for a considerable amount of time, and for someone like me the anxiety hits hard at that time, fast heart beats, trembling and nausea. However, I was pleasantly surprised by being called back within minutes! I had xrays and a tooth extracted and was home 45 minutes later. I was so happy with how fast they were able to get everything done I even made an appointment to get my teeth cleaned....stay tuned for those results.

Loved my experience. It's my first visit and everyone was so nice. The tech (I think) did a great job on my teeth and on advising me for future oral health. Recommendations weren't over the top and seemed necessary. Cant wait to take my kids. Definitely my top recommendation for anyone else.

This dentist office is amazing. The employees are professional and very friendly. I am terrified of the dentist but everyone made me feel very comfortable
