This is hands down one of if not the best Dentists office I've been to in my life. From reception to when I walk out the door when I'm done it's nothing but an amazing, kind, knowledgeable and friendly experience. The doctor is personable and willing to explain everything and anything I might want to know. The hygienists and assistants are some of the most pleasant and kind people to be around and are there to help you anyway you need. Seriously as someone who suffers from dental anxiety this place is truly a god send, I owe my current dental health and turn around to this office. Amazing people

Great staff and wonderful first time experience for both me and my son. Explained in detail procedures and what was being done. Very accommodating to schedules and availability.

I went into better smile really afraid and scared thinking that I might be judged about my teeth (haven't seen a dentist since before Covid) but all the staff was very nice and friendly never said anything mean about my teeth or made me feel bad about myself! Tammy took me in and made me feel like I was at home! She was a very nice lady and was very patient with me when I didn't understand and had a lot of questions. Dr. Ian was very nice and explained everything to me perfectly! I would recommend Better smile to anyone in the area!

Great experience! Receptionist was polite and efficient. Waiting room was clean, bright, and comfortable. The wait was short. The hygienist was professional but personable and kept me informed throughout the exam and cleaning. The dentist was quick but without sacrificing personal attention. Everything you could want in a dentist visit.

I always have an amazing experience when I come here at the Orchard Park location. I can't speak for the other locations but I'm sure they are just as amazing. I LOVE this dentist & Tammie is my favorite dentist I've ever been to. She is very sweet & I can tell she loves her job. I would recommend this place to anyone

Had an excellent experience, Tammy my hygienist was very informative. Dr Ian also was very nice, highly recommend .
