The staff here is amazing. The front staff were helpful and promptly returned calls when I left a message. The facility was very clean & organized. The hygienist and dentist were very friendly. They answered my questions and talked to me rather than at me. I highly recommend Better Smile of WNY in Grand Island.

I had a chipped front tooth that required a bond. I was scheduled quickly. All staff were professional, very kind, and welcoming. The dentist and dental assistant did an excellent job.

Dr. Ian and the rest of the staff at the Grand Island location are so great! They are knowledgeable, professional and make sure you feel comfortable from the moment you walk through the doors.!

Came in for routine cleaning. Had issue which the doctor decided I needed referral for a root canal. Everything was explained to me and I obtained a referral. Jordan was wonderful. Only concern I voiced was need for an antibiotic but she said as I was not experiencing pain not necessary. Since procedure is 5 weeks in future will call if I begin to experience any pain. The idea that they gave me a referral when this office could have done procedure shows they put the patient first.

The team member I have, for the check up and cleaning, is Jourdan. She is professional and entertaining. It's a very easy friendly experience, including those team members at the front desk area that take care of administration. Good place!

I called in the morning with a minor chipped tooth emergency. I was seen that afternoon and they did a phenomenal repair job and I was in and out in 30 minutes. I could not have asked for ba better experience and results. In a word...outstanding!

It was my first visit to Better Smile of WNY on Grand Island. Because of terrifying experiences with my childhood dentist, I've always been hesitant to to trust a dentist. That being said, I truly had the best experience of my life regarding something that I have always dreaded. Jourdan & Dr. Vu are both knowledgeable & personable, putting me at ease & performing their tasks pain free! Yay!!! I can't believe I'm saying this, but I'm looking forward to my next visit.
