Dr. Dunlop wanted to be a dentist from a young age. At UCLA, he studied Anthropology and conducted research on Burning Mouth Syndrome at the UCLA School of Dentistry. He attended Harvard Dental School, won numerous clinical and research awards, and was Class President for 3 years. His research on trends in postgraduate dental education was published in the prestigious Journal of Prosthodontics in 2007.
He was Chief Resident during his two-year residency at the Mt. Sinai MedicalCenter in New York City, overseeing thousands of implant cases. A California native, he and his wife were excited to move back to the west coast in 2008 and begin their lifehere in Fresno. They have 3 wonderful children and love living in the Central Valley.

Dr. Dunlop and his team are absolutely phenomenal. One time, I had a small cavity. Without any numbing, Dr. Dunlop stepped in and took care of it in a matter minutes (like 5) without any numbing or pain. I couldn't believe it. His hygienist Tammy is also great and everyone I've interacted with has been exceptional. They are hands down the best dental team group I've ever gone to! 5-stars!

I have been going to Better Life Center for a few years. Always top notch care as soon as you walk through the door. Every part of Dr Dunlop team is first class. I believe Better life center offers the finest dental care in all of California.

My wife had 3 implants done at this place a few years ago..one of them has become loose..the 3 were put in for a total of 6k..now they want 4k to fix the loose "1"..?????????

Dr.Dunlap and his team were fantastic! My husband's lower implants completely broke on the bottom left side. We were scheduled for the end of the month. Due to the breakage and cutting his tongue, they got him in the day we called within a few hours. They were gracious to even allow me to go back with him at his request. My husband has had his implants for a couple of years now, this picture is from our wedding in 2019. I was told that before his implants, he would NEVER smile. Couldn't ask for a better doctor with an amazing staff to boot!

I had a very wonderful experience with better life center I didn't think that I was gonna get the treatment, however that change very fast because my financial adviser at better life she made sure that I had the treatment as well as my doctor I couldn't ask for anything better, and it hit me emotionally because they really went all out for me again thanks to you all, wow my financial advisor is one beautiful angel.

This is the best dentist in Fresno, I was very scared of the pain for implant surgery, they made the surgery almost painless, I am so happy with my new teeth and they made it a pleasant experience and pain free, from the very first visit they were very respectful and Dr Dunlop is very professional I could not be happier about my experience with a better life Dentistry, thank you so much for fixing my teeth.

I have to say this is the best Dentist I have gone to, I am terrible about pain and with implant surgery it was almost painless, I am so happy I picked Better life for my surgery, my teeth look and feel great now thank you so much.

Had an appointments today paid the co pay then was told I couldn't discuss the pricing the person was to busy I drove an hour in a half for no information my first experience was great I dont know what happen but so upset with this visit if it sopositly was because of covid I should have been told something but I was told nothing like this would happen

I have referred everyone I know to Dr. Dunlap. He and his staff are the best dentistry has to offer. I will go to Better life Center until Dr. Dunlap retires. Dr. Drew helped me with a problem I had.... he was professional, personable, and very knowledgeable, he answered every question I had couldn't of asked for more I once again recommend Better Life Center.

FANTASTIC!! Dr. & his lovely staff are even better in person than on Instagram. (And they were FAB on IG!) The minute he came in the building he was there for my consult. (I take at least 5 min to catch up before a client upon walking in) Super friendly, knew EXACTLY what I needed and what I had been suffering from for years with just one look. (Why couldnt 5 other previous Dentists do that!?) His staff is a well oiled piece of machinery, that seem like they excel at their jobs, for and because of, the Dr. (Probably a Rolex part!) More to come upon my return...
