Drew W. Fairweather, DMD, FIDIA earned his dental degree from the Fairleigh Dickinson University School of Dentistry, after earning his bachelor's degree from Notre Dame. His professional memberships include the Seattle Study Club, Dawson Academy Alumni Association, and the American Academy of Clear Aligners. He has also earned fellowship in the International Dental Implant Association.
Dr. Fairweather has taken numerous postgraduate education courses, including reconstructive and cosmetic dentistry at the prestigious Dawson Institute. He has specific training in both implant placement and restoration, so most patients can get the entire implant procedure done right here. His ongoing education also includes endodontics, reconstruction, and more, allowing him to incorporate these treatments into the practice and give you the smile you've always wanted. A Gold Plus Invisalign Provider, he has been published multiple times in the exclusive Journal of the American Academy of Clear Aligners. He also runs a study club for other Invisalign doctors. In 2018, Dr. Fairweather was named to the board of the American Academy of Clear Aligners, the fastest-growing dental association in North America.
Because active community participation doesn't stop with providing excellent dentistry, the practice participates in the Agape House for Women and Children and the Feeding Hands Pantry of Somerset County. Dr. Fairweather and his wife Judy have five beautiful children and three grandchildren, and in his spare time, he enjoys skiing and travel with his family.
Donna Patient Care Coordinator Donna is our Office Manager. A graduate of the Union County College dental program, she has many years of experience in all areas of dental office and practice management. Her outgoing, warm personality and infectious laugh help our patients overcome any anxiety and feel comfortable. She also understands treatment plans and payment options. She ensures that our staff works as a team, giving our patients the highest standard of care.
Donna loves spending her personal time with her husband Kenny, her daughter Emily, and their golden retriever Gingerella. Additionally, Donna enjoys cooking, gardening, working out at Curves, and time at the beach in Cape May.
Sharon Certified Dental Assistant/ Registered Dental Assistant Sharon has been working as a dental assistant with Dr. Drew Fairweather for over 23 years. Dentistry is rewarding to her because it gives her an opportunity to ease the common fear of the dentist. As a result of Sharon's professional commitment, many patients leave the office changed for the better. In her spare time, Sharon loves to cook and bake. Her culinary ability was inherited from her mother. However, the thing Sharon loves the most is fitness. Fitness is essential to her everyday routine. Most importantly, Sharon is a proud mother. Her daughter is an actress and a Rutgers graduate.
Francy Registered Dental Hygienist Francy has been in the dental field for over 14 years. She became a dental assistant in 2005 and then graduated from Middlesex County College as a dental hygienist in 2010. She enjoys running, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. She takes great pride in her work and uses all her knowledge and skills to educate, implement, and maintain our patients good oral health.
Farzaneh Registered Dental Hygienist Farzaneh has been with our practice since 1993. She graduated from Union County College as a Registered Dental Hygienist in 1992. She loves working with adults and children. She uses her interpersonal skills to motivate and instruct patients on methods of preventing oral disease and maintaining good oral health. She performs dental cleanings, x-rays, periodontal screenings and treatment, whitening, sealants, fluoride treatments, and oral cancer screenings. Farzaneh is a very gentle and caring individual who is always smiling and brightening up the office. She loves spending time with her two boys. They love to go to the movies, play games, and travel.
Carolina Dental Assistant Carolina joined our practice in April 2017 as a dental assistant. She is bilingual and speaks Spanish and English fluently. She graduated from dental school in Columbia, has extensive knowledge of all aspects of dentistry, and is an excellent communicator. She and her husband enjoy travel and going to sports events.

I've been going to Better Image Dentistry for years but recently for Invisalign braces. Dr. Fairweather and staff are always top notch when it comes to skill set, customer service, timeliness and comfort. I like that Dr. Fairweather continues to learn the newest dental techniques and bring these to his patients. He is not content with doing things as they "have always been". I think that he is a perfectionist and I am very grateful for that!

I was in NJ on an extended business trip and wound up needing an emergency root canal. Coincidentally, the office manager of my former retired NJ dentist(s) is now in this practice. Donna got me an appointment within 3 hours of my call. Dr Fairweather and his team had my root canal finished in about an hour (no pain during procedure). I was feeling better the next morning. A somewhat belated thank you and rating for the tremendous assist!!

How many people can actually say that they love to go to the Dentist? Answer: Only a chosen few...I happened to be one of those CRAZY people! Love Dr. Drew Fairweather's dental office, named one of NJ's Top Dentist in NJ Monthly. There is also another dentist on staff, Dr. Michael D odd.,who is also a wonderful dentist. You will find that there is little to no wait time. Each patient is greeted with such a welcoming smile, in a special caring and very professional manner. Donna, Sharon, Maggie, and then there is my wonderful Farzneh, (hygenist) who's skills in my opinion, are beyond compare. She's always so kind and careful with me. I've been going to this office now for about 8 years, and I could not be more pleased. This was a great decision on my part. Better image dentistry has always been a great place. The dentists, hygienists, and all of the staff are fantastic. They listen to you and take the time to make sure you are comfortable. I would recommend to everyone.

Friendly and courteous staff. Clean office. I have been a patient and member of this family since 1998. Dr. Fairweather is always gentle and informative about the procedures needed and makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. Wonderful experience each and every time.

I'm thoroughly convinced that Dr. Fairweather suffers from Napoleon Syndrome. The mannerism in which I've observed how he treats at times his staff is deplorable. I find him to be quite condescending and unfair to his staff and can be quite rude and obnoxious with his Patients as well. No question Dr Fairweather knows his stuff when it comes to Dentistry , people skills not so much! The irregularities in the Billing Department are frequent and appear to always be in Favor of the Practice and not the Patient. Dr Fairweather went so far to tell me and I quote "If you don't like the Prices Quoted, Perhaps this isn't the Place for You". Well I'm not going to argue that point but am utterly surprised to hear that coming from a Dr. But of course it's all about $$ The Patient is secondary but important enough to Pay for their mistakes. If you want to see a good Dentist he knows his work, but have patience, ignore any negative ambiance and this just might be " The place for you" The Irony of it all, your seeing a Dentist. Be wary of the Fake Smile as they dig deeper and deeper into your Wallet.

The staff is always friendly and helpful, and they are fantastic when dealing with insurance or financial issues. Highly recommend this Dentist I've been going to Better Image Dentistry now for the past 5 or 6 years, following a bad experience with my previous dentist. The key reason I sought out . Everyone in the office is very friendly and knowledgeable, and I highly recommend Better Image Dentistry. he always make you feel very comfortable when you come in and always says if you're not satisfied please let them know they will get the job done the right way.

Dr. Fairweather and his team are great. I went to them looking to get Invisalign to fix my smile because I didn't wear my retainers after I got my braces off10 years ago. Not only was the consultation free, they made me feel comfortable exploring this new option and explained everything to me that I needed to know. You can pay for the treatment and get it started asap or they even have a payment plan which I think is super helpful. I'm now more than halfway done with my treatment (that's only supposed to take 10 months) and i feel so much more confident with my smile and it's working better than I imagined! I can't thank Dr. Fairweather and Sharon enough for helping me fix my smile.

Horrible, traumatic experience. The dentist is constantly berating his incompetent assistants, who understandably, live in fear of his condescending criticism, creating a tense, stressful environment. The last straw was the dentist's demonstrating obvious aggravation with me, blaming my lack of control of my tongue for interfering with his work. Unprofessional and zero compassion.
