I am very passionate about being an orthodontist. I love problem solving and figuring out how to get the best result possible for every patient. Seeing the transformation from the time a patient steps in the door to the day the braces come off and being able to make a positive difference in peoples lives is very rewarding. My number-one priority is to treat all patients with respect and to create an office setting that is warm and welcoming to everyone. I'm happy when my patients are happy!
I am a three-time graduate of the University of Michigan. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Biopsychology and Cognitive Sciences, completed my Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, and received my specialty training in Orthodontics, graduating with a Master of Science degree.
Im committed to lifelong learning, and my staff and I attend classes, lectures, and conferences throughout the country. I believe its important to continually learn about the latest technologies and implement those changes to increase my level of care.
In addition to attending meetings, I am the former chair of the Washtenaw District Dental Societys new-dentist committee, which involved organizing multi-disciplinary study clubs a few times a year. This allowed me to meet and form relationships with many general dentists and specialists in the community. I am also a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, so my patients can trust that I stay up-to-date and they are receiving the best treatment possible.

I I live in Ann Arbor with my husband, Brian, my daughter, Cora, and my twin sons, Evan and Isaac. I grew up in Hillsdale, MI, the oldest of four children. Following two years of private practice in Rochester, MN, I moved back to Michigan in 2010.
I love being a part of this practice and having the opportunity to be involved in our wonderful community. My family and I spend much of our time enjoying the outdoors, running, hiking, and traveling. I love to cook and try new restaurants and Im an avid University of Michigan sports fan!

As the new patient coordinator, I have the ability to meet new people who I hope later become part of the Betsy Meade Orthodontic family! There is nothing greater than having someone leave our office happy and informed. When I'm not working with our fabulousteam, I enjoy reading, cooking, and spending time with my 3 boys, BJ, Blake, and Carter and my wonderful husband, Brian.
I love working for Dr.Meade. I prepare study models for treatment plans. Outside of the office, I am studying pre-dentistry at EMU in hope's of becoming a DDS one day. I enjoy my free time spending time with my family and friends, painting, baking, camping, movies and popcorn are my top favorites.
I absolutely love working for Dr. Meade. Seeing all the smiling faces and bright smiles brings joy to my day. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my son, family and friends, and I also enjoy singing, playing video games, cooking, and crafts.
I love having cheerful conversations with the patients, making them feel completely at ease! At home, I like cardio drumming with my girlfriends and spending the summer traveling on the back of my husbands motorcycle.

We like to encourage patients to give back to the community. We have them collect pop tabs for the Ronald McDonald House and we and our patients contribute to a charity every holiday. If youre already involved in a local charity or service organization, let us know what we can do to help!
We like to have fun with our patients, and we want you to have fun, too! We have a lot of dress up days (Hawaiian theme for the last week of summer, Halloween costumes, ugly Christmas sweater week, etc.) and we encourage you to dress up with us.
