I am very passionate about being an orthodontist. I love problem solving and figuring out how to get the best result possible for every patient. Seeing the transformation from the time a patient steps in the door to the day the braces come off and being able to make a positive difference in peoples lives is very rewarding. My number-one priority is to treat all patients with respect and to create an office setting that is warm and welcoming to everyone. I'm happy when my patients are happy!
I am a three-time graduate of the University of Michigan. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Biopsychology and Cognitive Sciences, completed my Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, and received my specialty training in Orthodontics, graduating with a Master of Science degree.
Im committed to lifelong learning, and my staff and I attend classes, lectures, and conferences throughout the country. I believe its important to continually learn about the latest technologies and implement those changes to increase my level of care.
In addition to attending meetings, I am the former chair of the Washtenaw District Dental Societys new-dentist committee, which involved organizing multi-disciplinary study clubs a few times a year. This allowed me to meet and form relationships with many general dentists and specialists in the community. I am also a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, so my patients can trust that I stay up-to-date and they are receiving the best treatment possible.

I I live in Ann Arbor with my husband, Brian, my daughter, Cora, and my twin sons, Evan and Isaac. I grew up in Hillsdale, MI, the oldest of four children. Following two years of private practice in Rochester, MN, I moved back to Michigan in 2010.
I love being a part of this practice and having the opportunity to be involved in our wonderful community. My family and I spend much of our time enjoying the outdoors, running, hiking, and traveling. I love to cook and try new restaurants and Im an avid University of Michigan sports fan!

The goal of our professional and knowledgeable staff is to educate our patients about their treatment while delivering excellent orthodontic care. We aspire to make our patients and their families feel welcome and comfortable.
As the new patient coordinator, I have the ability to meet new people who I hope later become part of the Betsy Meade Orthodontic family! There is nothing greater than having someone leave our office happy and informed. When I'm not working with our fabulousteam, I enjoy reading, cooking, and spending time with my 3 boys, BJ, Blake, and Carter and my wonderful husband, Brian.
I love working for Dr.Meade. I prepare study models for treatment plans. Outside of the office, I am studying pre-dentistry at EMU in hope's of becoming a DDS one day. I enjoy my free time spending time with my family and friends, painting, baking, camping, movies and popcorn are my top favorites.
I absolutely love working for Dr. Meade. Seeing all the smiling faces and bright smiles brings joy to my day. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my son, family and friends, and I also enjoy singing, playing video games, cooking, and crafts.
I love having cheerful conversations with the patients, making them feel completely at ease! At home, I like cardio drumming with my girlfriends and spending the summer traveling on the back of my husbands motorcycle.
At Betsy Meade Orthodontics, we provide orthodontics based on scientific evidence. Only the best, most proven treatment methods are good enough for our patients! Dr. Meade spends time customizing each patients treatment to make sure the ideal results are achieved. She works hand-in-hand with local specialists to make multi-disciplinary care more efficient.
In addition to getting a great smile, you can also participate in our rewards program! You can earn points for good oral hygiene, wearing your Betsy Meade Orthodontics office t-shirt, having no broken appliances, as well as other items. The more points you earn, the more money you receive at the end of your treatment!
We like to encourage patients to give back to the community. We have them collect pop tabs for the Ronald McDonald House and we and our patients contribute to a charity every holiday. If youre already involved in a local charity or service organization, let us know what we can do to help!
We like to have fun with our patients, and we want you to have fun, too! We have a lot of dress up days (Hawaiian theme for the last week of summer, Halloween costumes, ugly Christmas sweater week, etc.) and we encourage you to dress up with us.

I really like this office the staff is very friendly and it's always clean when I come here. You never wait a long time to be seen they actually listen to you when you have concerns about the treatment and plans. My son is excited about his braces that he will be getting in soon. I would recommend my family and friends who are looking for an orthodontist to come here.

This people are so nice. First day I came got a t shirt. They really welcome on the first day of the appointment. Which is great because everyone deserve a welcoming. I know I will see some results for my teeth and I'm pretty excited to have straight teeth. I would recommend this Orthodontics 100 percent :) great people

My experience here so far has been nothing but great, Doctor Meade and her team are cautious and super friendly. They try to make you feel as comfortable as they can with your braces getting adjusted and so on. Great work, & a great environment!

My time with Betsy Meade and staff have been nothing but great! Professional, friendly, and clean environment. Betsy is very good at what she does. We switched to Betsy Meade after my first child had orthodontic treatment elsewhere and I'm so glad we did! Not only are the payment plans very reasonable, the staff are wonderful. Very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Doctor Meade effortlessly worked a plan to prevent me from getting that. Doctor Meade and her team provide the best service and treats patients like their own family. They also include the patients in their own contests and activities overall creating a very comforting and friendly atmosphere. I really commend her on her work as my smile is absolutely beautiful from what it was before. I am very satisfied and I am glad that I chose her as my orthodontist. I really recommend her as yours.

Now they won't see my daughter unless the pay upfront. Saw a orthodontist in Canton Epic Smiles go there. Not as far from Ypsilanti area. They are not as money hungry as Dr. Meade. And more reasonably priced. There staff is not as rude either. They acknowledge you when you walk in. Do t settle for less. There are more orthodontist out there. You have to look. They so money hungry they still have even called about my daughter retainer. This place is not loosing any money if you forget one payment. Because my daughter said half of her school goes here. Come on Ypsilanti don give her monopoly. Then the little ones loose. Take back. Let her know wee need her in our community not the other way around.
