Michael Parsons DMD received his B.S. degree from Louisiana Tech University and his DMD from Temple University in Philadelphia. After graduation from dental school he pursued advanced training in a General Practice Residency at the Lehigh Valley Hospital. He is currently on the Lehigh Valley Hospital Dental Staff where he serves as the quality assurance chairman and a clinical instructor. He resides in Bethlehem with his wife Janet and two sons, Ryan and Matthew.
Jacquline R. Owens graduated from Albright College with a B.S. in Biology and Spanish and completed a one year research program at the National Institute of Health in Bethesda, MD. She received her DMD at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and her Masters Degree in Bioethics at the School of Medicine. After graduation she pursued advanced training in a General Practice Residency at Lehigh Valley Hospital. She resides in Allentown where she lives with her husband Michael and her two sons, Jack and Joey.
Dr. Clark received a B.S. in biology from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA. Following completion of his dental degree at Virginia Commonwealth University, he sought post-graduate training in General Dentistry at the Lehigh Valley Hospital. Dr. Clark is currently a member of the American Dental Association, Pennsylvania Dental Association, and the Academy for Sports Dentistry.
I am from Nazareth and have worked in the dental field for 21 years. I enjoy working at the front desk and greeting our patients with a smile. I have a knack for decorating and love to share my seasonal creations with our office at the front desk area.
I was born in Belize and moved to the United States when I was 7. I worked in the medical field for 8 years and gained my Medical Billing and Coding degree through Northampton Community College before moving over to Dental. I currently reside in Bethlehem.
I was born and raised in Stroudsburg, PA. I attended Northampton Community College and graduated in 1987. I have been a dental assistant for almost 30 years. I am proud to be a part of the Bethlehem Smiles team and look forward to a long future here. I have 3 children and live in Stroudsburg with my husband Brian.
I grew up in the Nazareth area and graduated from Nazareth Area High School. I now reside in Plainfield Township with my husband Michael. Although my title is dental assistant you will more than likely see my face all around the office doing this and that.
I was born, raised and live in Bethlehem. I graduated from Liberty High School and attended The Lehigh Valley School of Dental Assisting. I started at Bethlehem Smiles as a patient when I was a child, and have been assisting here for over 10 years. I am married and have 3 beautiful daughters, Anastasia, Adriana & Kylie.
I grew up in Easton and Graduated from Easton Area High School. I then attended and graduated from the dental hygiene program at Northampton Community College. I have been working for Bethlehem Smiles since 1992. I have a son, Ben.
I am a Dental Hygienist and I graduated from Northampton Community College. I grew up in Whitehall and I am currently living in Northampton. When I am not working I love spending time with my Fianc Adam and our daughter Bradley. I also love cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles!
I did not grow up in the valley, but I did graduate from Northampton Community College and have been working here as a dental hygienist for over 20 years. I keep myself busy in Saucon Valley with my husband, and my 3 boys.

The people are nice and they do a good job. I just don't understand why they keep changing how they collect my out of pocket charges. After the first visit, they sent me the bill within a couple weeks with the option to pay online. After the second visit, it took a couple months to get the bill and I couldn't pay online. After the third visit, they made me pay right then and there. Maybe it has something to do with my insurance company. I don't know, but I wish they were more consistent with the billing, so that I would know what to expect.

Everything about Bethlehem Smiles is worth 5 stars. Dr Clark and the entire staff especially Tegra my hygienist are totally professional as well as thorough friendly and kind. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

Beware Seniors! They sent out a letter stating that they no longer accepted Delta Dental insurance so I cancelled the dental insurance and then when I called to find out what insurance they accept for seniors, they said they ONLY accept Delta Dental! Beware of their office practices!

The best practice I've been to, Dr Owens and her entire staff were extremely friendly and very skilled, I never felt anything and was extremely nervous about going after my dentist closed after covid but I would recommend and have to family members, great place !

I have been coming to this dental office for more than 20 years. The dentists, hygienists and all staff are all so super-proficient and also very nice! it makes it a very painless experience! I'd recommend them to anyone. I'm updating my review this year, and still think the same thing! Good dentists and hygienists and support staff.

I am truly TERRIFIED of dentists! I had no choice. Tooth broke and crumbled. This dentist was recommended by a friend. He was unbelievable! I felt NOTHING!!! From the novacaine, the scraping, the drilling, the rebuild everything! I actually nearly dozed! He is my hero! . If you have a dentist fobia this is your guy! The staff is also amazing! They truly calmed my nerves and reassured me. This visit was truly a win win.

This is my 2nd review of the practice and they still have not disappointed. So happy to call Bethlehem Smiles my new dental care "home." It was a very rough & long search after my life-long dentist finally retired and I'm so glad I didn't settle for another. A+++ to all the staff, especially Dr. Clark. All of my visits have been wonderful experiences...including the not-so-pleasant ones. Thank you so very much.

What a great dental practice. With the amount of care, compassion, and patience the hygienists and Dr. Owens showed my six-year-old and four-year-old, you would think this is a practice specializing in pediatrics. They were absolutely wonderful, and we will continue using them for future visits.

Receptionist was extremely rude to my mother. Unecessarily rude when speaking to her because my mother asked about a billing issue. She had tried to reach out to them about the incident and they have not followed up.
