Ruin my teeth, worse experience. Two supposedly small cavities turned into 2 damaged teeth.. should of listened to one of the workers who warned me of this place.

My appointment time was kept (which is rare these days) and my service was was done professionally and by courteous staff.

Get a second opinion. I'm glad I read recent reviews, as I'm not the only one to experience some disappointment with this location lately. I don't know what has happened in the past year, but lack of consistency, constant changing of appointments, (some by a month or more), and professionalism has been seriously lacking. I'm glad I was able to find a better dentist to fit me in sooner. I'm also glad I received a second opinion that I honestly was not looking for to begin with because it saved me a lot of pain and money!

If I could give them zero stars I would! I was scheduled for a teeth cleaning and the day before started having pain in my tooth. An hour before my appointment they called and canceled my appointment and told me they could get me in in six months but because of the pain they could schedule me emergency appointment but I would have to pay out-of-pocket. So I schedule a new cleaning appointment. An hour before that appointment they call me and cancel seeing the doctor is not in and that after tomorrow they no longer take my insurance. Every time I had an appointment with them there was some kind of issue on their end. Very unprofessional and the nurses doctors and staff just don't care about their patients!

The ppl there are unprofessional they scammed my insurance company and there a sick nasty looking woman there blowing her noes and coughing all over the place probably has covid as I'm posting this be careful ppl

First visit and I will make this my new dental go to place. Very qualified and attentive service. This was a preventive care visit. I couldn't be more satisfied as a new patient.

I tried 3 different times this past year to make an appointment. Each time I called had a 3 month wait until I could schedule a new appointment. Each time they called and canceled my appointment with a new appointment 3 months away.

This is the most unprofessional business I have been, one of the receptionist was busy laughing and stuff on her cellphone, and then walked out the door on her cellphone. I was on time for my appointment, they called people who were late before me. Then I am left sitting in the dentist chair for a long time, for them to do nothing but stuff some puddy stuff in my tooth. Which done mostly fell out so now I'm back to having a giant hole in my tooth. Go elsewhere if possible.

Their is a man who checks you in,he's a foreigner with a Nastyass attitude..I've already had an argument with him..they never answer the phone nor do they call you back.once you've left a message. He is in for rude awakening if he disrespects me again.

The dentist was great but - where on earth did they find that dental assistant! She was rude and nasty! I took my 11 yr old granddaughter for a checkup and I had to take my 9 yr old grandson with me. She said neither I nor he could go back in the room with her. This made me very uncomfortable and I said I was prepared to leave. When the office girl went back to tell her my granddaughter said that the assistant said "we'll maybe next time she shouldn't bring so many kids with her"! Seriously- where should I leave him - home alone !!! Who does she think she is to make any remarks about a patient!!! I will not be return and filing a formal complaint for this incredibly unprofessional atmosphere!

This place is awesome they work with you and take care of you. No problem yet but, so far I am impressed. I was scared of going to the dentist after not having dental for so many years; really good environment and great staff.

The only work that I've had to have done is cleaning and Bethlehem Family Dental has done a great job. It is virtually pain free and I feel refreshed afterward. I would highly recommend them.

I tried calling 6 times and left messages for a call back it's been 3 weeks and I haven't received a call back? Do I have to drive all the way to the office just to schedule an appointment? Goodluck if you get in touch with this place.

My first appointment at this practice was very smooth and the lady who cleaned my teeth was very thorough. Unfortunately, when I was trying to reschedule my appointment and was concerned about my root canal procedure (asked to relay questions back to the dentist) (insurance approval), I never got a response/ call back from the practice. I'd always call to follow up yet they never did with me. The ladies in the front didn't seem well informed... all of this made me very uncomfortable so I left this practice. I wouldn't recommend.

I had a root canal done acouple months ago . It seemed ok until recently I started having pain . I attempted to contact the practice over 10 times and never received a call back . I went to an old dentist last minute that luckily was able to see me . I personally went to this office during business hours and no one was there . I had to go to an emergency dentist that stated the canal was not properly cleaned which lead to an infection . I had to get an emergency extraction costing me 700$. Fast forward to today the office called me back not because I called multiple times but because I left this one star review . When I called the office back I sat on hold for 20 minutes until I hung up . I would never recommend anyone to this unprofessional practice.

I never write a bad review on anything unless it calls for it so with that said, this place is very unprofessional. Everytime I have an appointment, they call me the night prior or even the day of to reschedule it & there is never an "I apologize for the inconvenience ". On top of that, to reschedule an appointment takes a month. I understand that things happen. I also understand that due to the pandemic, places are short staffed but this has been EVERY single time I have an appointment it happens. I won't be going to them anymore nor recommending them to anyone who asks me about a dentist for them or their family.

Daniel was very aggressive with my cleaning I had to take Tylenol afterwards it was horrible experience even with the tiny toothbrush she was aggressively hitting my teeth with it . The other dentist after her was very nice and gentle . I do not recommend her unhappy energy. I was going to come back for additional service never mind ! Felt like she wanted to break my perfect teeth.
