I am very self conscious about my teeth and I had a chipped tooth from an incident and stumbled upon this gem of a dentistry. I wasn't expecting them to make my chipped tooth look exactly as my old tooth looked like! I will definitely go here again! Thank you thank you again!!!

I never take the time to acknowledge great care, service, business, staff etc - like I should. I can't pass up the opportunity to do so now! I have never experienced as much compassion, patience, sense of urgency, quality of work, positive environment, and consistent professionalism among every staff member. It all began with my elderly mother (most challenging patient in the world) and most recently my adult daughter who is terrified of the dentist based on a difficult childhood experience. Dr Esco and his team have made every family member feel valued, heard, at ease and he and his team have gone far and beyond expectations with each. I highly recommend this Dentistry group to anyone and everyone in and or near Bethlehem and Snellville (Brookwood), Georgia. A forever patient!!!!

The dental hygienist Nikki was very personable, thorough and caring. She took the time to get to know me before she started my cleaning. Checked in with me while she was cleaning to make sure that I was not in discomfort. Dr. Esco that came in after my cleaning was very intelligent and resourceful. He was able to provide me answers and explanations on issues I have been struggling with for years that no other dentist has taken the time to explain. The receptionist Candy was very sweet and returned my calls in a timely manner. Highly recommend the office as a whole. There is a great team working at Bethlehem Dentistry. -Kristen Stephens

The level of unprofessionalism displayed by Dr. Esco and his staff was unbelievable. Let's begin, I had a "squeezed in appointment" that was at 2:30 and the office closes at 4pm, at 2:18 I was told they were preparing the room, this was a lie as I was not even seen until close to 4pm. It would be more professional to schedule for the next day instead of over booking. Now as for Dr. Esco, our interactions over my issues probably lasted all of 10 minutes after which I was prescribed antibiotics. At the end I told him I felt like he rushed through my appointment because it was 30 minutes past closing at this point, he asked why I felt like that. Then I told him he was really testing my patience, to which he said I was testing his patience. He then became very hostile in his body language and tone and told me he was only seeing me because he more or less was passionate about dentistry which I support anyone who follows their passion. He said he was offended by what I'd said and that he went to school and got a degree, he knows what he's talking about. Such deplorable and immature behavior, at this point I'm beyond ready to leave and he would not stop blocking the doorway until he was satisfied I guess that he got to say everything to me he wanted to, it was very aggressive and astoundingly immature. At the end he told the front desk not to schedule a follow up appointment and that I could "Get what I needed to get done with another practice". I would never go back to see such a childish doctor anyway but it spoke volumes about his character that he would not tell me himself not to come back as it was beyond clear he had a problem with me. All I did was tell him he was unprofessional, because he was.
