Dr. Tammira Badakhshan is a Maryland native, born and raised in Gaithersburg. Dr. Badakhshan completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Maryland, College Park obtaining a Bachelors of Science in Biology. She then attended the University of Maryland, Baltimore School of Dentistry where she obtained her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree. Dr. Badakhshan has been practicing as a general dentist for over five years. She provides comprehensive dental treatment to both adults and children. Dr. Badakhshan not only provides basic preventative care and restorative dentistry, but has extensive experience in cosmetic procedures including veneers and whitening. She is Invisalign certified and can provide orthodontic treatment to adults who qualify.
Dr. Morgan Floyd received her doctorate of dental medicine from The University of Alabama School of Dentistry in Birmingham, Alabama. Dr. Floyd continued her training at Harvard School of Dental Medicine and The Cambridge Health Alliance, where she completed a General Practice Residency. Her residency focused on the team-based approach to dentistry, including the oral health provider as part of the overall healthcare team. Dr. Floyd has experience working with children, medically complex, and special needs patients.
Dr. Kiana Rostamiani attended the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry where she achieved her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Dr. Rostamiani is a compassionate dentist dedicated to serving the Maryland community.
She is an established member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and Maryland Dental Society. Dr. Rostamiani is internationally published and stays current with the latest research in dentistry.
Dr. Gabriella Noveck completed her undergraduate studies at Barnard College of Columbia University receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Subsequently, she attended Columbia University School of Dental Medicine in New York City where she received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree. She continued her training at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital in their General Practice Residency program and practiced as a general dentist in the state of New Jersey before joining Bethesda Family Dentistry.
Dr. Joseph Lee completed his undergraduate studies at North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Chemistry. Dr Lee went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Columbia University, and then his Master of Science in Dentistry in Endodontics from Case Western Reserve University School of Dentistry. Dr. Lee gained his valuable experience where he practiced Dentistry with the United States Army for several years. He also has a deep commitment and dedication to the community, where he has treated patients on Medical/Dental Missions to Chile, Albania, and Amazon River in Brazil.
Dr. Vahid is a highly trained periodontist. She received her doctorate of dental surgery from the University of Maryland Baltimore College of Dentistry. After she continued her training and received a degree in Advanced Education in General Dentistry from the University of Pittsburgh. Following this year she continued to pursue her passion in dentistry and completed her training in the specialty of Periodontics at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Gramkee brings a diverse base of experience in general dentistry and periodontics to Bethesda Family Dentistry. He is committed to excellence and patient satisfaction. After graduating dental school, he joined the U.S. Navy served as a Dental Officer for over 20 years before retiring at the rank of Captain. He served on the USS Constellation (CV-64) and overseas locations as a General Dentist for seven years.

Recognized as a Top Dentist, she is the original founder of Bethesda Family Dentistry, which she started in 1984.
Dr. Tabb has appeared on several local news programs and talk shows, as a highly regarded spokesperson for dentistry, and has volunteered in area schools to educate, and promote dental health. She has volunteered her services for the Maryland Mission of Mercy, providing free dental care to people ages 18 to 100 in Cumberland, Maryland.
Dr. Tabb was born in New Jersey, one of five children, and grew up in Annandale, Virginia. Her career in dentistry started at a very early age, as a dental hygienist, and she worked as a hygienist, while in dental school. She has three children; 2 boys and a girl, and enjoys spending quality family time whenever she can. She is an avid scuba diver and a member of the South Pacific Underwater Medical Society, and the Explorers Club. It is an honor to be a member of the Explorers Club, which is an international organization dedicated to education, field research and exploration. She loves to waterski and snow ski at Deep Creek Lake, Maryland and keeps trying her luck with tennis.

I saw Dr Lee for a dental treatment. The office email me the estimate then ask me to make an appointment. Because I had insurance I ask them to submit the estimate to the insurance first, that they refused to do so. I call the office multiple times for them to send the estimate to the Insurance they did do it because they wanted to pay money without sending it to the insurance that covers everything for this kind of treatment. I will never recommend a friend to this office because they did not care about my health. I will never go back there. I have a good Insurance that covers everything why do they wanted to charge me. ????

I can't express how angry I am on this clinic! After my first appointment, Dr. Tebb told me that I need to do filling, and because it was the end of the year, it is better to do it as soon as possible because I haven't used much of my insurance. By then, I was so touched and thought she was so sweet to say so and she did seems like a nice person and caring person. I want to keep my teeth healthy, so I came later to do the filling without questioning. I thought it was only 1 or 2 at most based on our conversation. I didn't feel suspicious until the doctor drilled 3 of my teeth (without telling me), and told me there are still 4 more to go! I started to feel suspicious and told them to stop. Since then, I have consulted at least three other well reputed dentists in the area and they all said only one of my teeth needs to be filled, the rest are completely healthy! I then specifically googled Dr Tebb and checked some reviews on her. It seems like many people have suffered from the unnecessary drilling/filling by her. I feel so regret that I haven't read those before. It's been almost a year and one site of my fillings is still sensitive to sweets.

I told you have to know this otherwise they will charge you what ever they want!!! I recommend to Bethesda Family Dentistry please be humble to people and be careful what services you are providing do not harass people. You have to learn firs about your services so don't harass us. Finally I am so sorry for you!!! I am not going to anymore to you!!

I received a recommendation from a friend for her dentist Dr Cuevas so I trusted her and scheduled an appointment. She has been nothing but fantastic. Gentle and thorough, very attentive to my comfort and to the details. I've now had multiple crown replacements and cavities fixed this year and could not be happier. The team at BFD has always been helpful, efficient and kind. Highly recommend.

Specifically Dr. Ivelisse Cuevas' office at 6000 Executive Blvd, Rockville Pike. The office is always Clean, staff are professional, and Dr. Cuevas is very gentle, very calming atmosphere when you are in a chair. My kids love her.

My best ever experience at the dentist! Very relaxing staff and environment. Everybody was going out of their way to make sure I am comfortable. The knowledgable team combined with the calm and highly professional demeaner of Dr. Cuevas made my trip to the dentist a very positive experience.

Very good team of Dentists and Staff. From the front desk to the assistants to the dentists! My appointments, even the emergency ones, have been smooth. They made it easy, even during the Pandemic. The only down side is the parking fee, but thats all.

I've been seeing Dr. Cuevas for five years and I highly recommend her. She's an excellent dentist. Very honest and extremely ethical. She is also a lovely person who truly cares about her patients. My whole family is seen in Bethesda Family Dentist and all my friends who have come here have been equally as happy as well! You won't regret coming here. The whole staff is wonderful! It's a very well run office and they all go above and beyond to help.

I'm really happy as a patient here. The entire staff is friendly and very professional. I dread going to the dentist, but they are very upbeat and gentle. My dentist always makes sure I'm okay and I know my oral health is in good hands here. As long as I remain in the area, I will continue being a customer!
