Dr. Choi has been part of the dental team since January of 2020. He was born in Brooklyn, New York and raised in Northern New Jersey. Dr. Chois training for the dental field and prosthodontics took place at the University of Maryland. Dr. Chois clinical skills involve a variety of treatments including fillings, dental implants, All-on-4 restorations, Invisalign, dentures and more. Dr. Choi is also a member of the American College of Prosthodontists, Academy of Osseointegration, American Dental Association, Virginia Dental Association and Northern VA Dental Association. His favorite things about working in the dental field are interacting with patients and giving them back their smiles!
Dr. Pham enjoys being part of the dental team! His love for dentistry drives him to provide patients with excellent dental care and he finds joy in helping each patient reach their dental goals. Dr. Pham takes pride in his dental work and strives to give his best to each of his patients. He enjoys being with his co-workers and also enjoys a variety of hobbies outside of work. For Dr. Pham, dentistry is a field worth investing in and his patients are his top priority.
Dr. Martin was born and raised in Washington, D.C. She joined our practice in June of 2020, with over 20 years of experience in dentistry. She attended Howard University and the University of Maryland Dental School. Her continuing education includes straight wire orthodontics, 6 Month Smiles, ClearCorrect, botox and fillers. She is extremely proficient in Orthodontics, including straight wire and invisible aligners. Shes also proficient in many treatments including root canals, crowns, bridges, fillers and therapeutic botox. Dr. Martins favorite thing about the dental office is getting to work with the best staff and patients!
When not at work, Dr. Martin enjoys dancing, going to the beach and hanging out with her family. She has had a motorcycle license for 10 years, but has been discouraged from riding by her husband and friends because of having young kids. Her youngest is now 16 years old and she says, Once he graduates, momma is getting a bike! Her favorite quote is by William Shakespeare: To thine own self be true.
Vickie was born and raised in Northeastern Pennsylvania. She has been a crucial part of our dental team for the past 22 years. Vickie provides an excellent help to our patients by explaining and reviewing treatment plans and finance options. She also helps coordinate dental insurance coverage and addresses any insurance issues. Vickie is friendly, caring and compassionate.
In her spare time, she enjoys working out at IM-X Pilates, reading and spending time with her family. Vickie has two grown daughters and two grandchildren. She loves the Lord Jesus Christ and strives to set an example of faith each day in the office. She is very grateful to be part of such a brilliant team of dental professionals.
Yarilsa was born in the Dominican Republic and came to the United States when she was 15 years old. She has been a Dental Assistant for 16 years and has been a part of our team since December of 2019. Yarilsa attended Montgomery College for two years. She later graduated from Dental Radiation Technology and Dental Assistant Expanded Function. Her favorite thing about working in the office is the friendly and highly organized environment.

For a first patient appointment where I had no cavities, they charged my insurance 525$ for a cleaning and checkup. They will contact you about a six month checkup that is free. Then they will charge absurd amounts for unnecessary X-rays. They are trying to squeeze as much money out of you as possible.

Im a senior on a fixed income and have had health emergencies this past year, I was one day late calling for my appt for a cleaning that was paid for in my Wisdom contract. I was told by by Sarah the office manager that my contract had expired and they would not honor it. I will be finding a new dental practice that has more empathy for their clients. I spent a lot of money there last year, their loss.

Best dental experience of my life. The appointment sign up was quick and low stress. They offer UNFLAVORED OPTIONS for the floss and the polish! That's a big thing for me. I hate the overly sweet mint polish/floss. The cleaning was through and the dentist explained everything and answered all my questions with no hesitation or irritation. Everyone here is pleasant. They'll take care of you. Very happy to be an ongoing patient.

I came only for cleaning. NOT for dental consultation. I was forced to see a dentist without my permission. Then they send me a bill for $332. Did not bother to bill my insurance. Outrageous and unethical.

I had some tooth pain and called Bethesda Dental Associates (BDA). They are able to squeeze me for an appointment one hour later considering I am in pain. I appreciate their effort and doctor's treatment!

My dentist referred me to Dr. Charlson Choi because I needed a prosthodontist who could deal with complex problems - several cracked and failing teeth and crowns and a lopsided bite. I am super happy with the excellent treatment I am receiving from Dr. Choi and his staff. Efficient and pleasant all around. I now have a great looking set of teeth.

Great hospitality from the moment you walk in and meet the receptionist (Vickie is my girl). Loved everything about my visit. My hygienist, Nishu, was also stellar. Just very knowledgeable and her bed-side manor was great. Highly recommend if in their area! I probably passed 15 dentists to get to this one, but I do not regret! Very clean, and it is a newly renovated space so it felt like a spa!

I've been to different dental offices within the DC and MD area but never found the right place for such a good service and trust. Since you walk in to the suite, Vicky is waiting to welcome you and attend your needs. The hygienist is great as well as the employees working on the field. The place looks like it has been renovated recently and the environment feels great. More than happy I found this place and fully recommend it.
