I recently had a consultation with Dr. Neel Patel at Bethesda Chevy Chase Oral surgery and the following day I had a tooth extraction. Dr. Patel came highly recommended by two of my doctors. Dr. Patel spent a good amount of time with me explaining the procedure, answered all my questions, and made me feel at ease. He is very experienced, and I had the highest level of confidence in him. I cannot say enough about this practice! Everyone that I encountered is very professional, courteous and kind...especially Bryce at the front desk. She greets you with a smile and her energetic personality is infectious. I highly recommend Bethesda Chevy Chase Oral Surgery.

Dr. Patel and his staff were all very kind and made what can be a scary process completely relaxed and positive! My brother and I had our wisdom teeth removed under IV sedation and they did an amazing job. Dr. Patel even called a few hours after the surgery to check in and make sure everything was going smoothly. Best practice I've ever been to!

Dr. Patel removed four wisdom teeth from my special needs child and he was exactly what every medical professional should be when dealing with a patient, as he was compassionate and professional, as well as highly skilled. I cannot speak more highly of Dr. Patel and his staff. Lovely people all around.

Had two extractions, and an implant placed. I was scared to death, and Dr Abel and his staff were so very kind and gentle. Now that it is all over with I can say there was absolutely nothing to be nervous about. Can't say enough good things about the whole experience!

I had the best experience with Dr.Neel and the rest of the staff when having a 2x Wisdom tooth Extraction yesterday. I did not feel a bit of pain or discomfort before, during, or after the procedure. I barely even felt the injections to make my mouth numb! The cleanliness and efficiency of the entire staff was great.. My experience was 5star. I would highly Recommend this practice.

Dr. Abel has seen all three of my children for removal of their wisdom teeth. He was so great at explaining the procedure to each of them while making them feel comfortable at the same time. Dr. Abel and his staff are knowledgeable, kinds and the best at what they do. All three kids had to have their wisdom teeth taken out at different ages due to various reasons. They all were amazed how they walked away with minimal discomfort and felt like themselves within a day. Thank you Dr. Abel and BCC oral surgery staff

Dr Patel is top notch! He was so knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. I had very little pain after the procedure and he even called me the night of my procedure to check on me. I will definitely use him again should the need arise.

Dr. Abel is nice and professional. He always kindly explains what he is going to do. So, I feel no discomfort. He always called back when I come home and ask me about the situation after the surgery. The office is clean and neat. The stuffs are genuinely nice to the patient and make you feel you are welcomed and respected.

I had a great experience at BCC Oral Surgery for my wisdom teeth extraction. The assistants were very warm to me prior to and after the procedure, which made me feel at ease because I was nervous about having oral surgery done. Dr. Abel was also very funny and kind, and the procedure was painless and only lasted around 15 minutes. My recovery went extremely well as I felt nearly no pain at all, which can only be attributed to how skilled Dr. Abel is. I would definitely recommend BCC Oral Surgery for wisdom teeth extractions!

Dr. Abel took care of our 3 year old in an emergency over the holidays. He is excellent with young children, highly-skilled as a surgeon, put our concerns at ease, and is surrounded by an outstanding staff. We could not possibly recommend him and his practice highly enough

I was extremely pleased with Dr Abel and his team. The entire Implant process was seamless and pain free. The staff at this office are so kind and helpful. They really make you feel comfortable. What impressed me most was Dr Abel calling me later that evening to check on how I was feeling. Its truly comforting to know he genuinely cares for his patients. Overall amazing experience. I would highly recommend Dr Abel and his team!

I really really enjoyed my time at BCC Oral surgery. Dr Patel and the staff made everything so comfortable for me and the procedure couldn't have gone better! I usually have pretty bad anxiety about stuff like this, so the welcoming warm comfortable environment this office created was just what I needed! Thank you Dr. Patel and the amazing workers! 10/10 would recommend to everyone!!

They were exceptionally accommodating to her accessibility needs and accommodated my special requests for her comfort and care. Highly recommend their services!

I kept putting off getting my wisdom teeth extracted and finally made an appointment with Dr. Patel and his staff. Everyone was friendly and the process was simple. Went in for the consult and discussed the plan and got it done. Definitely recommend coming to their office, very nice inside also!
