Dr. Justin Bethel DDS was born, raised, and currently resides in Benton, Arkansas. Dr. Bethel earned his bachelors degree in business from the University of Arkansas in 1990 and tried a few difference careers before reembarking on an education in the field of dentistry. Graduating from the University of Tennessee Dental College in 2000, he opened his first dental practice. He has opened many other practices over the years, but realized that 'bigger isn 't always better.' Dr. Bethel missed connecting with his patients and watching their smiles grow. In 2017 he reopened his original practice and looks forward to helping his community achieve the smile they deserve.
Dr. Bethel is a member of the state and national dental associations and a proud member of the Benton community. He is father of two, Anna Kate and Jack and loves spending time with them when he is not assisting his wonderful patients.

Back in May I had a crown put on and Saturday the crown came off. Dr Bethel put the crown back on and was so very nice about it. Lisa his office Manger had to help him because the office was so busy with other Staff was with patients. Lisa was so very nice and knew what to do. Lisa is the glue that holds that office together. Thank You Lisa and Dr Bethel for y'all's help. This office and staff go out of their way to do what is right. Love Dentist and his staff.

I needed some dental work done asap but couldn't afford half of the cost of front and they were willing to work out payment arrangements with me.

I have used this Denial office for awhile. Lisa is not rude she is just straight with her answers. She is the glue that holds that office together. Dr Bethel is the best dentist ever. Between the Dr and Lisa they get you in as soon as they can. This office is a 5 star offices. Any time you have a problem Lisa is on top of it. Best staff. Thanks for all you do for your patients.

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. If I could rate 0 stars I would. I could go on and on about how bad this place is, but I'm just gonna say that Lisa is rude and incompetent, this place is unprofessional and I often wonder if anyone in here has an actual license because it seems like no one has the slightest clue what the hell they're doing.

good experience with my extraction's, the DR was businesslike and i plan return trip's . the University of Tennessee turns out some of the very best dentist's. there used to be a free clinic in Memphis where students were allowed to work and supervised by their instructor's they did excellent work as many deputys and other police personnel go there / am impressed.

If there could be no stars this is what the front desk receptionist Lisa deserves at this office. Dr. Bethel I am sorry you are the best dentist I've had in a while, your techs are so welcoming, and when it comes to working with you my hat is off to only you, but Ms. Lisa is a horrible customer service advisor. Your business will suffer greatly because of people like her. On top of being down right rude, she has an attitude and is very short with people when they have questions or need help with something non apologetic and just doesn't care. I have never met someone whom I think should be immediately fired as soon as they open their mouth. She may have gotten you this far by working with her, but Doc she will certainly be your businesses down fall. I nor my entire family will not be returning until she is gone.

Hello to all that's is deciding on a dentist or looking for a good experience . Also, if like me with high anxieties and worry about the experience you will feel going to a dentist....all I can say if like me with the high anxieties then Bethel Smiles is a wonderful environment and a place you can relax as your being helped with your dental worries. My experience everytime I visit for dental work has been the best experience above all dentirtys. I'm 38 and my life of seeing different dentist.. Bethel Smiles is best dentist office in my whole years of dental work done. The actual dentist whom does the dental work distracted me as he went along for me to not focus on the work and to remain comfortable and less anxiety. I've had an extraction today and I didn't even know the dentist had pulled the tooth as he was doing the extraction. I asked him (the dentist), " did you pull it?, He said " yes, it's out!" Which he said poletly. All I can say really is .. please take my advice and go to Bethel Smiles, you will walk away with a smile, also your experience will not leave you feeling disappointed. I have had an amazing experience every time me or my family has been to them. They are very personable with us and I see it with all the other patients there when we are there. Teeth turned out okay. But remember to ALWAYS KEEP YOUR RECIEPTS FOR EVERY PAYMENT YOU MAKE TO THEM. LISA WILL FAST TALK YOU AND TRY TO OVER CHARGE YOU OVER WHAT YOU REALLY OWE! AND ALWAYS ACT LIKE SHE SO BUSY BUT NEVER TOO BUSY TO CALL YOU BEFORE BUSINESS HOURS ABOUT A MISSED PAYMENT AND NEVER RETURN YOUR PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS. BETHEL IS GOOD ON TEETH, BUT VERY UNPROFESSIONAL RECEPTION.
