Great atmosphere. Receptionist desk employees are very Nice know what there doing and very professional.. Dentist went over the best options with me for my care plan and his dentist assistant were very professional and sweet as well. First time going and would definitely recommend

I'm terrified of going to the dentist and have panic attacks just by walking in. But they were all so nice and understanding. Dr Chris was so nice and doesn't try to pressure you into anything. He advised me of what I needed but let me decide if I wanted to take his advice or leave my teeth the way they were. There is never a long wait. I will never go anywhere else!!

This was my first experience going to the dentist here in OK. I walked in with a dental emergency due to swollen/ bleeding gums. Dr. Cohlmia was super nice and made me feel very welcome and I was comfortable with him and his stuff. The first 2 appointments went well, and I walked out with 2 tooth extractions and they did a deep clean only on my upper teeth because sooner-care wouldn't approve a deep cleaning on my bottom teeth. Which the hygienist Sarah took many pictures of my bottom teeth and I saw her talking to Dr Cohlmia saying she was going to ask to resubmit another claim to sooner-care and send those pictures so they can maybe approve it this time. I waited 2 weeks before I called sooner-care to make sure they got everything and I was told they never received any pictures. I called Bethany dental office and I was told they had already submitted everything including the pictures. After almost a month of waiting for my next appointment; I get a phone call from Bethany Dental office to notify me about my coming appointment for my bottom teeth deep cleaning. They told me the insurance denied it and that I now have to pay $360 for that. I asked if they sent the pictures. She said no we didn't need to send those pictures. I ask to speak with a manager named Kelly. She said she was in charge of all sooner-care claims and she explained to me, how she had so many other claims and mine was sent without pictures because Sarah the hygienist should know that the pictures weren't enough evidence for sooner-care and that they only needed the X-rays. I felt like there was a miss communication between the hygienist, Dr. Cohlmia and their stuff. I feel very disappointed for being told one thing. Waited for almost a month with so many dental issues and had my hopes on the insurance only to find out the pictures were never sent to sooner-care for a 2nd claim attempt. Now I need to pay out of my pocket for that service. I live in a very tight monthly budget and if I knew I was going to have to pay that the last time I went there I would have been prepared. I also felt that the manager Kelly was very rude and unprofessional and she didn't quite understood my concerns. I wanted to keep coming back to this place but now I feel very disappointed and I amlooking for other provider.

It's all ways good going to Bethany Dental.. They take Good care of you and All way treat you with respect, all ways jamming, all ways got Smiles on there faces. I will tell everyone I know about them.. Matt's my doctor and I wanna give him a shout out.. You rock Matt thank you so much for being so gentle with me.And for the lady whom worked on my mouth today. Thank you as well you were Amazing today shout's out to you as well. Sorry I don't remember your name.I give you all 10 stars

Last visit felt like torture, & my filling popped out. I finally just went somewhere else to get taken care of. Great first visit and being new to the OKC metro area, it was good to have. I had one of the better experiences than other places I've been n the past. Very thorough and detailed appointment for them reviewing my teeth and making a plan. Spoke to me on a personal level as concerned professionals. I've had some dentists be condescending in the past or not explain as much or they never offered a better care goal for my teeth. However, there ended up being communication break down and what was covered and not covered and costs was never reviewed or explained to me til another issue came up. I started having severe pain so got another appointment and kind of disappointing after first visit. Within the same week. Still not taken care of.
