Beths Braces began as a small practice, operated in downtown Henderson, NV. In fewer than 6 months, the practice outgrew its location and found a permanent home conveniently located near the Silverado Ranch, Anthem, Seven Hills, and Green Valley communities.
For more than 5 years, Beths Braces has served this Henderson area for all its orthodontics needs. The practice has grown, but maintains the same quality, attention to detail, and compassion, in a friendly, patient-focused environment.
Dr. Beth was born and raised on the Big Island of Hawaii. As an island native, she truly believes in the aloha spirit and hopes to share the warmth and friendliness of the islands with all her patients here in Las Vegas.
Dr. Beth moved to California in 2004 where she attended the University of the Pacific. In 2009 she obtained her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from the Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco, CA where she graduated with high honors. She then moved to Vegas in 2009 to be closer to family and the warm Southern Nevada sun. In Vegas she completed 3 years of specialty training at the Roseman University of Health Sciences where she obtained her degree in orthodontics as well as a Masters in Business Administration.
Dentistry and orthodontics run in her family. Dr. Beth's father still runs his own dental practice in Hilo, HI and her twin sister operates an orthodontic practice in Boulder, CO. In her free time Dr. Beth likes to swim, run, have game nights with friends, and spend time with her two boys.

After moving to Las Vegas, Dr. Beth fell in love with the city of Henderson and now calls Nevada home.
She enjoys getting to know the people she serves and likes to hear the stories behind all of the smiles she creates. Dr. Beth believes that braces can be a fun and enjoyable experience for everyone at any age with results that can last a lifetime.She loves being an orthodontist in Las Vegas, NV and hopes to build strong and long lasting relationships with all of her patients.
Outside of the practice, life is quite busy with two boys!When Dr. Beth finds spare time, she enjoys swimming, traveling, watching movies, and game nights with friends. She even enjoys a game or two on the computer.
Spacing is when the teeth erupt too far apart from one another, or when a tooth is smaller than usual, causing spaces to exist between the teeth. Sometimes a person may have a space because theyre missing a tooth or because they have an impacted tooth (a tooth that never erupted). In these cases, braces can be used to help a tooth that is stuck and get it to erupt into place. Or if a tooth is missing, braces can help arrange the existing teeth back into an ideal position so that the dentist can replace the missing tooth with a restoration such as an implant or bridge.
