I have been a patient of Dr. Young for past 15 years. I've always loved her work, very professional and skilled, top to bottom. I love this dental practice, very clean facility, everyone is friendly and helpful. I would recommend this dentist office to anyone!

I have been going to this dentist for over 10 years, IF I told you that I don't like this place, do you believe it? Dr Young is a nice and patient dentist who listens to your questions and resolves the teeth's problem you may have. I recommended my friends and families to go to this place all the time.

Dr. Young and her staff really catered to my dental needs. I have been to so many dentists that look at your insurance premium for the year and then try to get every nickel. Even if it may not be truly necessary. Her somewhat assertive manner exudes her confidence and ability to perform quality work on those pearly whites.

My parents and I have been seeing Dr. Julia Young for 7+ years now. She is very professional and skillful. Furthermore, she is very nice and patient. If you are looking for a dentist, I would highly recommend her!!!

This is kind of late but... I've been seeing Dr. Julia Young and Dr. Chen for a decade now. Dr. Young is very professional and takes care of my teeth's well being after all these years. They treat patients with the utmost care and explanation of how to take care of your teeth's cleaning. Dental office is very clean and makes you feel safe before and during covid times. The staff are also very friendly, efficient and professional. I've done many type of operations at the office from routine cleaning, fillings, teeth guard, to teeth chipped filling, etc. I've never had any issues after all the care they provided! Highly recommend, your teeth and gum will be taken care of !!

Incredible amazing Dr.Chen . I didn't feel any pain in the whole provess of wisdom tooth extraction. 10 minutes to inject anethetic. only 3 minutes to extract the tooth. OMG, it was so quick I was thinking why Dr. Chen hadn't started, and it was done. and the surgical suture was also good. After the surgery only a little bit painful , slightly bleeding, no swelling. I could normal eat meal the second day.

After moving to the area, I was referred to Dr. Young by a friend. The transition was smooth. I called with my insurance information and set up my first appointment. I have come here as my dental care provider for almost two years. They are punctual, polite, knowledgeable, and informative. During a procedure, they let me know right before I might feel discomfort (cold water, slight pinch, sensitivity, etc.). My experience here has been excellent, and I greatly appreciate their work. Thank you! I moved away from East Bay, but I make the trip every six months for my check up. If you want an appointment during a weekend, you will have to reserve it well ahead of time (at least a month).

All doctors are very kind and experienced! Assistants are very nice and attentive, put Vaseline on my lip cuz my lip was dry during dental surgery. Very warm-hearted people! Thank Miss Janet for taking care of everything for me! Felt so good after dental surgery! Professional service here recommended!!!

Dr. Julia Young and her staff are through professionals. The checkups and cleaning are as meticulous as it can get and have been consistent for the past 3 years. Dr. Young is great with children and she even gave my child and office tour! I have had root canals, caps and filing done here. Highly recommend this place! Dr. Young is quite skilled and is great with patients.

She takes her time and includes me in her thoughts about what is the best care and approach in getting my teeth the best they can be! I used to dread going to the dentist, now I know it will not be as bad as it was in the past for. Thank you Dr. Young for taking such good care of me! Your the best!

My family has been going to Besway for about 10 years. I have been a patient of both Dr. Stephen Chen's and Dr. Julia Young's. Aside from the cleanings, they have taken care of fillings, whitening trays, and Invisalign. Both dentists are incredible friendly, which makes it easy to voice any concerns you have. Janet, at the front desk, is great at staying up to date with routine cleanings and X-rays, and always calls the day before an appointment. She handles insurance well, too. They are fluent in English (great for me) and in Mandarin (great for mom).
