Dr. Burton grew up in the small town of Harbor Springs, in northern Michigan. She was active in high school, as a member of both the ski racing and soccer teams. After high school she attended Ohio Wesleyan University, where she played four years of Div. III soccer for the Bishops.

Following her undergraduate studies, she was accepted into the University of Michigan's School of Dentistry (#3 ranking in the world), where she completed her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree, Go Blue!. Dr. Burton focuses on and takes great pride in ensuring that every patient has a comfortable, pain-free experience. Providing a compassionate and gentle touch, along with unparalleled professionalism, she works hard to alleviate any fears or anxiety that patients may initially have. It is Dr. Burton's goal to have every member of the Best Impression team provide the most positive experience possible, for every single patient that walks through the door.

Tawana has worked in the dental field for the last 18 years and we are extremely grateful to have someone so knowledgeable here to help serve our patients. Tawana was born in Haleyville, Alabama but has spent the last 38 years in Eastern Washington. She and her husband Tim, who was active-duty Air Force stationed at Fairchild, chose Medical Lake as home and have raised their two boys here in this beautiful small town.

We are so happy to have Renee as part of our amazing team. Renee was born in Spokane, WA and has spent most of her life in this area. She and her husband Mike have two daughters and one son-in-law. Her daughter Katie and her husband Sam live in Airway Heights and Renee's youngest daughter Ashley attends Cheney High School. In her spare time, Renee loves spending time with her family, riding horses, kayaking, hiking and is an avid Gonzaga basketball fan.

Victoria is the smiling face that will greet you as you walk in the door. Victoria was born in Conroe, TX but has lived in our beautiful state of Washington for over 26 years. Shes been in the dental field for over 6 years, serving in various customer service and administrative capacities. Victoria loves the interaction with people and finds it very rewarding when patients come to understand the benefit of their oral health.

Growing up she played soccer and lacrosse; and has traveled to over 40 states. She loves meeting new people and looks forward to engaging with our wonderful patients. In her spare time, Victoria enjoys fishing, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.

Robin started her dental career in 2015 as a certified dental assistant at a pediatric dental office in Panama City, Florida. In 2019, she graduated from dental hygiene school from Gulf Coast State College. She was born and raised in New Jersey and has moved all over the country as a military wife. Her husband Matt, a Tennessee native, serves in the Air Force and they have two daughters. They moved to Spokane from Florida in July 2021. Robin has a passion for providing quality dental care to her patients and especially loves working with children. She believes it is imperative to create good dental habits at a young age to build a strong foundation, one that can help them maintain excellent dental health that will last them a lifetime. When shes not saving the world one tooth at a time, Robin loves to be outdoors with her family. They love to kayak, fish, mountain bike, hike, and explore national parks together.

Sandra has been an active part of the dental field since 2015. She was born and raised in Oregon, and then joined the Air Force and was stationed in Oklahoma. While in Oklahoma she met her husband Nathan, who is currently active duty in the Air Force, and continued here higher education, graduating with her degree in Dental Hygiene in 2015. Her husbands active duty career as a Boom Operator allowed them to move to back out West and continue to serve our country from Fairchild Air Force Base. Sandras favorite part of her job is providing patients with the experience of excellent, painless, dental care and a great smile! She loves to get to know her patients and build long-term relationships with them. She especially feels accomplished when she can take her patients previous negative memories of dentistry and have them leaving happy and confident that they received dental care and alleviated their prior fears and concerns. In her spare time Sandra loves to be outdoors with her husband Nathan and two Australian Shepherds, boating in the warmer months, cooking, and baking.

Kelley grew up in Chewelah, Washington and after graduation moved to Spokane to get her degree in Information Systems. She then worked at Avista for 15 years. Kelley decided to change career direction and went back school to pursue a career in dentistry, receiving her bachelors degree in Dental Hygiene from Eastern Washington University in 2001. She has worked as a registered dental hygienist (RDH) in the area ever since, and currently resides in Medical Lake.

Kelley loves to get to know her patients and give them the best care possible. She wants her patients to have great oral care and the best smile ever. She has two grown daughters who live in Spokane. Kelley met and married the love of her life, Daniel, who works for Avista as the West Plains local Gas Representative. Kelley and Daniel love to spend time traveling, hiking, and boating in the Pacific Northwest. In wintertime they enjoy snowshoeing, cross country skiing, eagle watching and cozying up to a big bonfire.

Morgan was born and raised in the Spokane. She graduated in 2007 with her degree in Psychology. She then went back to school and graduated in 2012 from Eastern Washington University with a bachelors degree in Dental Hygiene. She loves building relationships with her patients and creating a comfortable and pain-free visit for them. She has a 8 year old son, Zeke, and two dogs at home. They love to spend their free time at the river or in town with friends and family! She also enjoys DIY home projects, road trips, and checking out restaurants around Spokane!

Meet Monica Betts: our rock star of a dental assistant! Monica graduated from Spokane Community College in 2009 and has worked extensively with kids and adults as a dental assistant. She moved to Medical Lake when her Dad was stationed at Fairchild Air Force Base and went on to graduate from Medical Lake High School. Go Cards!!

Ayla grew up in California and then made her way up north to Idaho. After attending Boise State, she discovered her love of the dental industry and a passion for helping people specifically in dental health. Ayla then obtained her Dental Assisting Certificate in 2018 and immediately began working in dentistry. She loves getting to meet new patients and listening to their unique fun stories. In her free time, Ayla enjoys reading a good book and watching horror movies. She also adores all animals, especially her cats.

Courtney grew up as a military dependent, so she moved around a lot before settling in Medical Lake. She graduated from Medical Lake High School (Go Cards!). During her time at MLHS she met her high school sweetheart, now husband, John. She graduated from Spokane Community College in 2013 and began her career as a dental assistant. Courtney loves every minute of assisting, its fun, and shes good at what she does. She also cherishes the fact that although patients dont always look forward to coming to the dentist, that they always end up leaving with a smile on their face and a appreciate the good experience while here.

During her free time, Courtney loves spending time at the lake with her two beautiful daughters (Regan and Reese), family, and friends. She also enjoys being outdoors, going to concerts, and visiting new places.

Jonathan brings his background in engineering and business administration to build, develop, and enhance our practice. Practicing engineering, managing teams, and solving complex problems has enabled Jonathan to acquire many skills that he now brings to our office. Jonathan has also been selected to serve on the board withWest Plains Chamber of Commerce!

Hes inspired by the ability to create lasting relationships and make an immediate impact on patients through dentistry. Improving patients' smiles and confidence - and having them grinning ear-to-ear following a visit to our office - is immediate feedback on our work. This type of interaction is something that Jonathan finds very rewarding.

Located just down the street from our office, El Ixtapa Restaurant is the place to go for authentic Mexican food. Diners love the friendly staff, as well as the diverse menu, which includes everything from homemade tamales to ice-cold margaritas!
