Recently I had to get my root canal done, and my friend suggested calling Best Dentist. She has been going there for years and swears by their level of professionalism. And what can I say? Now I'm their loyal patient! My doctor from Albany Dental was very friendly and clearly knew what she was doing. I never thought that a visit to a dental office could be so pleasant. Great job!

My husband and I swear by Albany Dental. I wouldn't be surprised at all if they have the best dentists in the area working for them. Dr. Lee and Dr. Shraga are talented, skilled, and friendly, and I have had some good experiences with Dr. Haimson as well. Best of all, there are never any problems with billing, and they take our dental insurance!

The office staff is nice and knows patients by their names. Scheduling appointments is easy and the wait in the office is never more than a couple minutes.

Before undergoing treatment, they provided me with the information regarding what my insurance will/will not cover and how much I will have to pay out-of-pocket. I really appreciated that. Also, it came out to be very affordable dental implants and my teeth look great. 5 stars!

My experience has been very good since I started going to the Best Dentist. Staff was very courteous and welcoming. Dentist was attentive but got right to the point. There were no questions unanswered. Really great choice for me.

The dentist here listens to your concerns & never doubts what you say. I told him exactly where I was feeling pain & he listened. He uncovered a deep cavity in my molar & immediately offered me a solution & explained what procedure was recommended.

It's a good thing Dr. Shraga convinced me to get dental implants when I did. I'm finding out now that the procedure would've been a lot more difficult if I were to get it at my current age.. She didn't have to do a lot of convincing. I already knew getting these was the right thing to do. They have exceeded my expectations though & I am a big proponent of dental implants these days..!!!
