I highly recommend! My family and I have been going to them for years. Ruby is a phenomenal hygienist. She is extremely knowledgeable. She took her time to understand my specific needs and always makes sure to educate me on how to keep my teeth healthy. She also did the Zoom teeth whitening procedure and I am very satisfied with the results. All of their dentists have been thorough and highly trained. Dr. Ayala, specifically, did an artistic job when I chipped half of my front tooth!

Walking into the office, it's like an oasis. I use to have dental anxiety until I started going to Best Dental Creations. From the minute I walked in the door until I checked out they were nothing but friendly and professional. The assistants and Dr. Navarrete were absolutely amazing. After my examination they gave me a detailed breakdown of the work I need to accomplish with no pressure on time frame. I set my appointment for the next week to have 2 extractions, hes dental work was outstanding. I highly recommend Dr Navarrete , I am so impressed with his work. I will continue to come back from here on out. Let me just add, a huge factor I consider in choosing medical/dental facilities is the desk staff along with assistants. They were all incredibly nice and very polite.

Sadly, if I can give 0 stars I would. After being in the office for an hour and a half, I had yet to be seen by either a dentist or hygenist. I work in the healthcare industry so I understand some days can be more busy than others. However, the service at this practice was completely unacceptable by all means. I arrived at 2:45pm for a 3:00pm appointment during a work break. It was 4:00pm and I had still not even been seen by any of the office staff. They kept saying they were "very busy." If they were overwhelmed or running late, they could've easily called me and rescheduled my appointment but at this rate I would not even be leaving the office until 5:30pm minimum and I needed to return to work. I was also there only for a routine cleaning, no procedure. The office staff did not seem to care and were not apologetic in any way, nor did they do anything to accommodate me for the inconvenience. I would never recommend this practice to anyone.
