If I could give a zero, I would. I went to Best Care Dental because my former dentist retired. My first visit I was told my teeth would fall out because the X-rays showed tiny lines under my gums. I agreed to have all my gums "filled in" to protect my teeth . This was a couple thousand dollars out of pocket. I also got a crown on my front tooth for cosmetic reasons. When I returned for my visit the technician chipped the tooth next to it while she was trying to remove the temporary. The dentist came in and said it could be fixed; she had wanted to do that anyway. The crown I have now isn't capable of biting into an apple. I was told I needed to have my teeth cleaned every three months and when I returned, the hygienist said she was surprised my teeth weren't bad at all. Then she said I needed to make an appointment for my 6 month check up. I told her I would just call; but I never did. The final straw is this......... Best Care Dental turned me over to a collection agency for a bill for an appointment I never made. Very interesting that this appoint they said happened in 2020 was never called to my attention by mail. I called the collection agency as well as Best Care Dental. Dr K is the dentist there. The hygienist I had was very good. I am sorry to have had to include her. I had thought about addressing my issues online a few years ago. I decided to let it go, thinking I might have just been the unlucky ONE, but this new experience tells me....don't use Best Care Dental ! -Michelle Lamb a

Stopped in to make an appointment for a cleaning and was told that i could get right in. The hygienist did an excellen job cleaning my teeth. Patient care has always been excellent. Problem areas where explained and what i could do to correct it.

Excellent Dental Care! I've been coming to see Dr. Kirolos for several years. Today she and her team discovered a cracked filling in one tooth and that another tooth needed to crowned. She was able to take care of both issues the same day!

I'm so happy I found this place 3 min from home. This is the best practice I've ever gone to. The receptionists are friendly and everything from checking in, scheduling an appointment, receiving appt reminders, making a payment, to actually being seen is efficient and goes so smoothly. Dr. Kirolos does everything expertly and with the best "bedside manners." If you're one of those people who has high anxiety over doctor visits, she has a way of easing your nerves. Dana (the Dental Hygienist) is the best at this also. There is another lady on the staff (who I believe is expecting) who was also AWESOME. She really helped me to relax when I was nervous about getting my wisdom tooth pulled. I think she is the Dental Assistant. Overall great experiences every time. Would recommend Best Care Dental to any and everyone. UPDATE: Just finished 6-month braces today, 9/27, and I am OVER THE MOON!!!! I'm still in the office but I'm going to cry in private when I get in the car lol So happy with my new smile. No more under-bite, no more cross-bite, and the gap between my 2 front teeth is GONE!! Sooooo so happy...

The staff and Dr were absolutely amazing! I was very anxious about even going to the dentist for fear of judgment. But they set me at ease very quickly! They were literal cheerleaders!

Expert care from Dr. Kirolos. My crown was seated perfectly and looks like my natural teeth!

First time back to dentist in many many years. Everyone at the O'Fallon Missouri location could not have been nicer. They explained every process and asked if I had any questions.

First time to this office, and the dentist explained everything to me and my options. I had a broken tooth which required a root canal to be done or pulled and replaced. My tooth was in great shape so I went with the root canal. I was in a lot of pain so she worked wonders and I got the root canal scheduled 30 minutes later. Miracle! I'm very thankful. Called the office once I was done and was able to schedule the crown two days later. Great service! Thank you so much!

Great dentist . I got the periodontal trays because of below the gum issues and gum disease . I had my doubts about them but they are well worth it and I no longer have issues with my gums or the gum disease I had prior to getting these. Added bonus my teeth are whiter . My tip would be to lay down when using if you have a strong gag reflex like I do . And only have to use once a day for 10-15 minutes . You can't go wrong with this product or dentist . The staff is amazing I just love Tiffany .

I haven't been to the dentist in a couple years. I highly recommend Best Care Dental, Dr. Maryana Kirilos and her staff, they were very thorough. The office is beautiful and the doctor and staff do really great work.

They were fantastic to work with. I haven't been to a dentist in over 3 years and they made sure to explain every part of the process and set my financial anxiety at ease with making sure my insurance covered everything before they did the procedure. I absolutely love this dentist and I will absolutely be back!!!

Professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and compassionate! Over the years, I've had just about everything done to my teeth - partial, permanent bridge, crowns, cleaning - and have always been pleased with my care. Dr Kirolos and Rheema are the best!
