I've called every day for the past 7 days trying to get my daughter an appointment. I have not had a si gle person answer the phone or received a call back. Very disappointed

Dr. Josh is a delight an always friendly however Jennifer at Best Bites dental is NOT kid friendly instead she is unprofessional ,rude an is insensitive to both family an patients special requests an needs.

This is a great place for kids. There are always handouts and goodies and Dr Josh is a wonderful and thorough dentist for the children and has a rapport with each and every one. We have been going for years!

My experience with Best Bites has been disappointing. This was the pediatric dental office that my 4-year-olds PCP referred us to, but I wish we had looked elsewhere. Dr. Josh was impersonal and dull. I was told my son had to have oral surgery due to multiple cavities that magically appeared after his last visit, where we were told he had no cavities. The surgery had to be canceled and I was told we would be contacted to reschedule. I was never contacted and had to personally reach out to try and see about him being rescheduled. All his surgery scheduler, Jennifer, could say is "I'll let you know when we have another opening" and that was the end of the conversation. Then, without any type of notice, I was sent a text message that he had been scheduled. They didn't call to see if that time and date would work with my schedule nor did they give me enough time to ask off of work. I work in the front office of a medical practice and we would never schedule any patients without formally informing them. Our surgery schedulers also call within 48 hours of a cancellation and get the patient rescheduled. I cancelled all future appointments and I'll be taking my son elsewhere. I hope to find a dental office that act like they care more about his dental health than this staff has.

I love these people. They are the best. Dr. Joshua took great care of my boys Atlas and Myles. They are genuine and caring. I will always be grateful. Thank you guys and gals.

Dr. Josh is both caring and brilliant. He likes what he does and it shows. When my daughter suffered a traumatic dental injury, he reacted with empathy, skill and innovation. The result has been remarkable and will prove to increase the quality of my daughter's health and life experience. I am deeply grateful.

I brought my special needs child here. Wish I would have kept looking. Receptionist was rude to me and my sister, she can eating to watch my younger daughter as "NO SIBBLINGS ALLOWED IN THE BACK". I planned for that. A nurse gave me advise on my son's diet, "cut carbs". I don't know what that has to do with his teeth but OK. But to tell a parent who struggles to get their child to eat anything, something completely out of your job descriptipn, I was so angry I cried. We will not be back, I will definitely be finding another dentist who can help accommodate my son's needs and understands or wants to understand.
