The emphasis on family expands to the father-son team of Dr. Robert Berquist and Dr. Daniel Berquist. During your time with us, Dr. Robert Berquist and Dr. Daniel Berquist will carefully assess your situation and review your history, so they can get an accurate picture of exactly how they can help you and the rest of your family. Theyll also talk to you about your own goals. Then, once they have a clear picture of your situation, they can talk to you about your treatment options. Our practice offers a wide range of todays best general, cosmetic, and restorative services.

As a dentist, he enjoys providing gentle and compassionate care. He also loves connecting with patients every day on a personal level. His goal is to develop a long-term relationship with you, founded on trust and a commitment to helping you build a healthy, beautiful smile.
When hes not helping patients, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their two Yorkies. He also enjoys hiking, fishing, spending time near the lakeshore, and supporting local Crown Point sports teams.
Dr. Robert Berquist attended Texas Christian University and Trinity Christian College before earning his D.D.S. from the Loyola Dental School in 1989. Since then, he has diligently served the Chicago suburbs and Northwest Indiana.
Every day, he enjoys meeting the important dental needs of his patients and developing long-term relationships with them. Whats more, with the development of new dental technologies, it has never been easier to provide care that improves the way others feel about dentistry.
In his spare time, Dr. Berquist enjoys spending time with his wife, their four sons, and their three dogs. He also enjoys outdoor activities like hiking and fishing, plus supporting local the C.P.H.S. basketball team.

My family and I are new patients at Berquist Dentistry. Everyone from the receptionist, to the hygienist, to Dr. Derek were very friendly and nice. We all felt very comfortable. They took the time to get to know us on a personal level. I would highly recommend this dental office. Great environment!

Root canal is failing after 5 years, I have others done by other doctors that are going on 13 years old. At the time that I got the root canal I was also pressured into replacing a back molar cap because it didn't look good. I chose not to do that and that cap is still working great to this day, while the work the doctor did is failing early.

I went here for the first time last week for my annual cleaning and had a nice experience. I had to have a filling repaired and they got me in a few days later. The appointment was as long as they said it would be (both times), the Doctor explained each step as he went, which I really appreciated (even though I've had fillings before). Overall great experience and nice staff. So far that I can tell, the filing down of the filling to make my bite even is perfect! Good dental work as far as I can tell!

I like it that there are family connections among the staff. Rita, my dental hygienist, was so friendly and informative. The atmosphere is relaxed; I was not encouraged to accept treatments I didn't need just for their profit, which is an issue I've had with other dental offices.

Whether you have an appointment with Dr Robert, or Dr. Dan , you will not be disappointed with the phenomenal work they do, and the pleasant attitudes they both have! However the friendliness does not end with those two, throughout the whole office every employee is very friendly and always do the best job they can do! I won't ever go anywhere else! It is a great experience all around every single time that I go in. Dr. Rob and Dr. Dan are both absolutely the best at what they do!
