I don't even know where to start! Let's just say that if l could give them 10 stars I think this dental office deserves it! From the friendliness and professionalism of the ladies at front desk, dental chair, and Dr's meticulous explanation of what to expect to the way they always accommodated my hectic schedule l couldn't be more pleased along with the results of the procedure/smile it's something to "smile" about I got to get going for now, but l will post photos later (this week), and elaborate on my overall experience! THE BEST!!! I love these people so much, they really are great. I've been in Florida 4 years now and the first 2 dental offices I tries were terrible (kept me waiting forever, lied about what I needed and were generally aloof). THEN I found Bernwood! They are so kind, accommodating and professional. The do an excellent job on cleaning and other services too, everything I've had them do turned out perfect. I've also recommended them to my family members, thank you Berwood!!!

Bernwood Park Dental is fantastic! Dr Norris is kind and thorough. His hygienist is great at explaining everything she's doing. I highly recommend this office.

My cleaning was amazing! During the cleaning the dental assistant explained everything. Which kept me at ease. Dr. Gatis was very kind and gave me great suggestions. The office was very nice and clean. I'm very pleased with my overall all experience. This will be my forever dentist!

So my insurance recommended this place and let me say I see why the recommended them. Friendly/amazing staff, clean environment, plenty of parking, and the Dr plus his assistant are great at what they do. This place has become my go to spot for any denture work. I just moved in the area so I didn't have a dentist here prior. Glad I made the right choice. Thanks guys

I filled out all the paperwork online made numerous phone calls to get my dental insurance excepted. Two staff members told me my insurance was accept it. I did all the foot work to help them out with insurance and phone numbers. Went in for my appointment and was told for six time they needed phone numbers to verify my Dental insurance. I was talking to the receptionist and her attitude wasn't the greatest towards me. I was very nice towards her and told her let me get the insurance straightened out. Made calls to my insurance and other dental office's and they all except my insurance. This is it rocket science on getting insurance excepted. I had a witness with me on her attitude they said the same about her demeanor.

"I also got a terrible dental experience with Bernwoodpark dental care. We have a coupon for $79 for the 1st time patient. My wife was the patient. They performed an X-ray exam and the doctor came in everything looks very good except on tooth need deep cleaning . They said she has to pay $486 for the one tooth cleaning and resin one surface anterior. They will not or refuse to perform a regular cleaning with getting these 2 items fixed and paid FIRST! In the coupon it does mentioned patient must get any recommended performance before they will do the the cleaning. Finally, one of the hygienist assitant just performed a very rough cleaning by just flossing and brushing was done in 15 minutes. I believed this unceeeptable by any dental standard!!!!!!" Don't fall on the $79.00 coupon for cleaning, exam and x ray deal. They asked you to perform othe dental care first or they will not perform the cleaning!!! Take your business somewhere else!!!

I am a new patient who has been looking for a dentist for a long time. A friend's high recommendation brought me here. Ashley, the hygienist, and Gabby, the assistant, are so mild, efficient, and great personalities that I was immediately at ease. Dr. Gattis is just a great dentist. He gives great service and is thorough. I knew I needed a new crown and was worried how much they charged. But their pricing was very reasonable. I'm very thankful I found Bernwood Park Dental Care. Yippee, I have a dentist!

Bernwood Park Dental Care had a staff that was kind, considerate, knowledgeable, thorough, and gave my kids a dentist and staff that made them smile!! I loved the way they took care of insurance for us, and the way they presented options for treatment. Definitely, our new family dentist!
