Great staff and orthodontist, I've liked my time there however, there appears to be some disorganization when it comes to appointment requirements which lead to repeatedly being asked the same questions, asking for the same info and a lack of consistency in the answers received from staff.

Awesome practice! The front desk ladies are wonderful, very sweet & helpful. Dr Bernuy is awesome as well, explained everything thoroughly & answered any questions I had. Everyone here was very professional. I would highly recommend.

Dr. Bernuy and his staff provide great attention to my daughter when we visit. Her treatment was explained in detail from day one and every time we visit, he very patiently talks to her on how she's doing. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

For most of my visits it has been quick but over the years it has gotten slower and slower. Today I waited an hour to even se the Dr and ended up leaving because I had to go to pick someone up.

I believe that I chose the best orthodontist to get braces for my kids. They truly gave us a complete service and treated my kids teeth with the proper care. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a great orthodontist.

We had used Bernuy for both of our kids "phase 1" orthodontics. This was 2 years ago when he first opened his Georgetown location. They were very customer oriented. We went back in for the phase 2 set for one son and they have changed considerably. We set the appt for the full set of braces....no one gave us a contract nor a payment plan. When we arrive for the braces, they give me a contract at 4x the amount from phase 1. We never saw the DR to even discuss. I cant believe how unorganized and expensive they have become. Sadly I would not recommend Bernuy Orthodontics anymore. Their care about patients has gone away as they have grown.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Bernuy and his staff. I worked with Dr. Bernuy personally throughout my Invisalign treatment for about two years and always enjoyed his approach. Dr. Bernuy was very hands on and thorough from the start, being very clear with what my treatment plan was going to look like. I was always pleased with his staff's care and attention to detail in explaining the financing options available to me. Now, post orthodontic treatment, my teeth look fantastic. Dr. Bernuy did a fantastic job and even consulted me on whitening my newly straightened teeth. Even my dentist was impressed with the results. I couldn't be happier with my results and highly recommend Dr. Bernuy for anyone seeking a caring and direct professional approach to their orthodontic care. Thank you Dr. Bernuy!

okay where should I start ? first things first , this is yet the best orthodontist office that I have gone too . I have gone to several orthodontist but none where like Dr.Bernuy . he has great bed side matter ,very thorough ,straight forward, & gets straight to the point. He laid out My options , went over the pros and cons to each treatment, and he did not pressure me into doing any procedures like my past orthodontist . His staff is amazing Very kind , welcoming , and educated women . They definitely know what they are doing and I trust Dr.bernuys office over any other orthodontist . I came to Bernuy Orthodontics in August of 2017 to get my braces. I was nervous at first, but once I was taken care of and my braces were on my teeth, I felt safe. The staff is very kind and respectful, which is a big plus! They are flexible with scheduling and appointments and they give clear and thorough instructions on how to care for your teeth. The end result is satisfying, and you're blessed with an amazing smile. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for an orthodontist!

Dr. Bernuy is the best! I moved here from NJ so I had to transfer to a new orthodontist.. I'm SO glad I found this office! Dr. Bernuy was the only orthodontist that told me his plan for my teeth with absolute confidence. He said he will be able make the necessary corrections to give me the perfect smile and he did not disappoint! Along the process he was very patient with making changes that I want to see and every time after an adjustment I saw an improvement. Seriously the best .. highly skilled and very caring!
