In my opinion, it is the best orthodontic clinic I know! The doctor works magic with his dental procedures. Everyone who works at the clinic has a high definition of what customer or patient service is all about. Everyone is very friendly and very respectful! The doctor speaks Spanish so this is also a plus for many Spanish-speaking people. 100% recommended

I can't say enough great things about Dr. Bernuy and his staff!! I had an ortho emergency as my retainer I'd had for 20+ years had popped off, and I needed help ASAP to have it cemented back on so as to avoid my teeth shifting. I was having no luck all day locally until I called the offices of Dr. Bernuy and Nadia answered my call, AFTER HOURS, mind you, and saved the day!! :) She could tell over the phone that I was stressing and worried and helped to reassure me she would do her best to get me scheduled and seen right away! She was super nice, empathetic, and patient! She called me back and scheduled me the very next morning!! I went in and met Dr. Bernuy who is very professional, nice, has the most gentle hands and demeanor, and just made me feel at ease. Dr. Bernuy could have easily said he was busy (because he was) and had his staff schedule me for another day but instead fit me in, we had a consult, and my retainer was put back on that same morning! This is who he is - he goes above and beyond! Oh and side note, his Georgetown office is new and gorgeous!! I would recommend Dr. Bernuy Orthodontics to ANYONE and actually wish I needed braces so that I could be a patient of theirs!! :))

Dr. Bernuy is the best! I moved here from NJ so I had to transfer to a new orthodontist.. I'm SO glad I found this office! Dr. Bernuy was the only orthodontist that told me his plan for my teeth with absolute confidence. He said he will be able make the necessary corrections to give me the perfect smile and he did not disappoint! Along the process he was very patient with making changes that I want to see and every time after an adjustment I saw an improvement. Seriously the best .. highly skilled and very caring!

I really can't thank Dr. Bernuy enough for all he did for my son. We saw another orthodontist (who no longer practices in Austin) who left us in a horrible situation, and my son had to go back into braces immediately after having them removed. Dr. Bernuy explained thoroughly what needed to be done, came in at irregular hours when necessary, coordinated with our dentist and other specialists, and took care of the problem so that his smile looks great. Nadia and his staff are also friendly and very helpful. Thanks for all your work, Dr. Bernuy!

Horrible since its been bought out by the new owners. Limited days they are open, no one answers the phone, they don't return phone calls, and half the time we have an apt, they cant see her because they aren't prepared.
