Dr. Bernard has been practicing dentistry in the Crofton/Bowie area for 30 years. From children to seniors, she offers complete dental care for every member of the family in a comfortable, trustedand convenient manner.
Dr. Bernard graduated Magna Cum Laude from University of Maryland Dental School, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery in 1988. She is an Omicron Kappa Upsilon Member, a National Dental Honor Society founded in 1914 to recognize scholarship and character in the dental profession.
Dr. Bernard has served as a Deans Faculty Clinical Restorative Instructor helping dental students in the Dental School Clinics. She continues her dedication to the field of dentistry through attending multiple hours of continuing education each year, keeping up with current changes in the field of dentistry.
Linda joined our dental team 20years ago, started as a Dental Assistant and changed her role to Office Manager/Billing Administrator. She has increased knowledge of insurance claims processing, helping to maximize patients benefits.
Natalia has been part of our team since 2014. She received her dental assisting and Radiology license at Anne Arundel Community College and her Expanded Function Certification in General Dentistry at the Maryland State Dental Association, and keeps up with her Continuing Education. Natalia enjoys working together as part of a team that provides the best possible dental care.
Tanja is a graduate of the University Of Maryland School Of Dentistry, with a B.S Degree in Dental Hygiene. With over 20 years of experience, she has had a pleasure of working in a myriad of areas within dental specialty - from working as a Dental Assistant, Dental Technician, to working as a Dentist in her home country of Serbia. She is also certified in administering local anesthetic and monitoring nitrous oxide conscious sedation, to increase patient comfort during dental hygiene procedures.
Her passion is assisting patients maintain their overall oral health, and minimize tooth decay, by providing highest form of preventive care. Tanja is a zealous advocate for increasing health literacy, and goes the extra mile for her patients, making sure that her patients have all the information to make wiser choices about improving their oral health. She is continuously educating herself by taking continuous education webinars and lectures, in the latest dental advancements.Tanja is a member of the American Dental Hygienist Association,Dental HygieneStudy Club, and Phi Theta Kappa honor society. She has also volunteered at the Veterans Affairs Dental Clinic and the Mission of Mercy.
Vanessa attended Loma Linda University in California and received her Bachelor of Science degree in 1994. She has worked for Dr. Bernard for over 20 years and is proud to be a part of a dental practice that has the highest standards in dental procedures and treatment care. She has a gentle, caring touch and loves sharing her knowledge of oral health care protocols that can improve a persons entire health and well-being by preventing diseases. She is an active member of an advanced dental hygiene study club and enjoys collaborating with other hygienists in the area.

Dr Bernard and her staff are the best dental practice ever! I did not enjoy dental visits until I began going to Dr Bernard about ten years ago. She helped me overcome my fears of dental procedures. She and her staff are professional, punctual and thorough. I never receive treatment or care without a detailed explanation of what to expect both physically and financially. As a snowbird, I moved to Florida several years ago but I return every six months for my check ups at Dr Bernard's. I highly recommend this dental practice to all!!

From my first phone call to my initial visit to this nicely appointed office, I have been delighted with the friendly service I've received from Dr. Bernard and everyone on her staff. I had an enjoyable experience, and everyone I met made me feel special -- it is so refreshing to visit a dentist and support team who takes a holistic approach to a patient's care and well-being. It's important to note that my teeth are more sensitive than average, and Dr. Bernard made sure I was as comfortable as possible, which is no easy feat. In addition, she took a great deal of time to provide expert information that helped me decide how to proceed with my cosmetic dentistry concerns. As a result, I never felt rushed or that she didn't understand me. I look forward to going back again. I'm so glad I found this practice!

We have been coming to see Dr. Bernard for our dental work over the past 30 years. We now live in the Timonium area and still continue to drive the hour+ to see her. She has always treated my family with genuine heartfelt care. She had been available for both emergency visits and well visits all this time. My family trusts her wholeheartedly with our care. Her staff works so hard to handle our insurance to get the best out of our benefits. Going to the dentist may induce anxiety and not be something to look forward to, but every experience we have had is the most pleasant you can imagine. Dr Bernard is the finest dentist this 67 yr old guy has ever experienced. I've been a patient for 18 years, and due to moving to NOVA, continue to drive half way around the beltway to see her. Sleep device, bite adjustment, fillings, routine cleaning are all top notch. Terrific staff...all true pros. Couldn't ask for more!

I was well received. The warm welcome and kindness can take away all your pains before you are actually being treated. The dentist explained in detail what was going on with my tooth, and all procedures they had to carry out. Had a great experience!

When entering this dental office, you are always met with a welcoming staff that puts you at ease. I have going to see Dr. Bernard since she graduated Dental school . She is a very good Dentist and won't try to give you what you don't need . She trys her best not to cause any pain . The staff in the office is as very nice to work with . I would recommend this Dentist to all my friends . I like her so much I drive 50 miles to see her.

My family has been coming here since I was little. It's no longer covered by my insurance, but I wouldn't imagine going anywhere else. They've always had a friendly environment open to questions about dental care and perfect for kids' curiosity and comfort. They genuinely seem to want me to take care of myself, and offer the aesthetic services a dental office would without pushing them. If you're wanting a comfortable environment to work on your own oral health, this is a great place for it. And if you're finding a place to get your kids' teeth cleaned, this is a very friendly environment for that, too!

By far the best dentist in Crofton and beyond. I've been going to Dr. Bernard for 23+ years. The staff is fabulous and Dr. Bernard is gifted in crafting beautiful smiles along with great dental health. I moved 900 miles away but travel back just so I continue to be under her care.
