Really nice Dentist and nurse! my dad got 2 dentures from Dr.Gao and another Dental clinic almost at the same time 10 years ago... the one made from Dr Gao is still working now .another one from another dentist was broken long long time ago. and me...there is a painful experience. I had problems with my lower tooth year ago, went to see my ex-dentist.that dentist drilled a big hole in my tooth and then filled with plaster. also asked me do root canal treatment after 1 months.but my tooth was so hurt for one week after filled .have to take pain pill.Later, the plaster was fall out by itself.The hole of the tooth was getting bigger.my dad recommended me to see Dr. Gao...Dr.Gao said how come the your tooth's situation is so bad .. he also found another bad teeth .did two root canal treatment for me.saved two of my teeth. I'm glad I saw Dr. Gao in time.good skills. i am satisfied with my two root canals for now.he also cares about my teeth and get my teeth cleaned regularlyThe nurse also very nice. So I am always thinking how important get a good dentist . A bad dentist will totally destroy your teeth. Thank you again, Dr. Gao.

I've been going to Bernal dental for 2 years now and he always does an amazing job with the cleanings. I've never had to wait in the waiting room for an appointment. He is very honest as well. The reason I went to him originally was for a second opinion because my old dentist told me I had nine cavities which was out of the norm for me. I went to Bernal and he assured me that I had no cavities and the other dentist was likely trying to scam the insurance. I appreciated his honesty and quick service I've experienced at his office.

My mom and my sister have denti-cal, it was difficult to find a dentist who accept their insurance and could fit them both at the same time. Dr Gao was very efficient, saw both my mom and sister in 1 hr, they both had significant dental issues. He's knowledgeable and walked us through our options. Because my sister has urgent need to fill her cavities and get a tooth pulled due to long time neglect, he was able to schedule an appointment about a week from then. My sister is in her early teens, Dr Gao was patient but efficient. He filled her 8 cavities and pulled her molar tooth + bone graft all in 1 hr. She didn't feel pain and healed nicely, her face was didn't even swell. His office is also very nice, they are very quick to respond, emailed me a request for X-ray right away when I asked, gave referral to my mom who needed a specialist who takes Medi Cal. Highly recommend Dr Gao and his office

My husband's insurance assigned him to this dentist. He went to see him the first time for teeth cleaning. He clearly said he only want teeth cleaning for this appointment, and do not want to do any other procedure. But dentist still took several x-ray on him, and said he have to do deep cleaning. And will not perform teeth cleaning on him. My husband has been going to other dentist for the past many years, and just had teeth cleaning 6 months ago without any problem. So he end up leaving without any cleaning.
