Last time I checked the office was either closing or moving to a different location. Most likely the first choice. I can imagine the tons lof lawsuits against Dr. Bernabe because malpractice and/ or negligence. The most unprofessional and unethical dentist ever.

I booked an appointment weeks ahead finally got there filled out the sane paperwork they sent to me digitally waited and hour over my initial appointment time for them to tell me no before but after that they're changing places and don't have ppl or the tools to help me. And yet they still tried to charge my insurance. Old place or new I will never return to this establishment

Horrible experience they pulled my daughter tooth gave her no antibiotics she got home got an infection she went back to them they told her to take tylenol ended up taking her to Lenox Hill hospital to get it drained will never go back there

I am 55 years young. I have been to many dentist in my life time and this is the best dentist ever. Trust me pulling a tooth, I felt nothing and I have pulled 5 with dr. Bernard. I can't thank him enough for making my dentures feel like my own. Thank you

Dr Bernabe should be a construction worker and not a dentist. The worst cleaning experience ever. He is extremely rough and doesn't care when you telling him you are on pain. Only about the money. Very poor customer service skills. Definitely I don't recommend this place.

I came for a routine check up to have my teeth clean. After waiting an hour to be seen (Appointment was scheduled for 11:30am and I was not seen until 12:30pm) I see Dr Bernabe who informs me that I need certain areas in my teeth to be refilled to avoid futures cavities. This is all great and dandy until he tells me that he won't be able to refill them today and I need to make an appointment. I asked why and he told me that because he cleaned my teeth the material wouldn't stick to the targeted areas. This was such as obvious lie and I am deeply disappointed in his service. If you are looking for a new dentist, skip this one. Your time is not valued here. You will continue to have to make future appointments because the staff here arranges for too many patients to be seen on one day and hence, the dentist doesn't have time to work on patients so he brushes them off to future appointments.

I went to Bernabe General Dentistry twice, and both times I've had a good experience. I was asked to fill out a covid form in advance, and in the office they cleaned all surfaces before and after my procedures. My dental cleaning was done well, and I also received a few recommendations from the doctor how to keep up my oral hygiene. Everybody in the office was very friendly and helpful. Should I get any dental work in the future -- I will definitely return to Dr.Bernabe.

Office follows covid protocol social distance and working only with appointments which I appreciate I feel safe. It takes a little long but it's understandable because they have to disinfect everything and when I get to the room I can tell all it nice and clean. Great service great workers i definitely recommend this office.
