Love Dr Berlin and his staff. As everyone knows, root canals are not fun. Dr. Berlin took me in at the spur of the moment, performed my root canal in record time with minimal discomfort. Would definitely recommend them in the future.

This dentist over charges & his office manager was horrible. Please do yourself a favor and ask for charges before you make an appointment. Do not let them talk you into unnecessary tests. Would not recommend him.

For thorough, friendly and professional care this is the place to go. I have had 6 root canals done here and each experience was equally skillful and comfortable. Dr Berlin is clearly one of the best at his profession.

I did the root canal today, and it's the second time I did it at Advanced Endodontics of Beverly Hills. Dr.Jeff Berlin was amazing, he is very professional and he makes the entire process easy. He also gave me a call to check if everything is okay, sooo sweet. I strongly recommend this place if you have to get a root canal.

My dentist referred me to Jeff Berlin for a root canal. I was very nervous not knowing what to expect. Dr. Berlin did a great job. I had a little run-in with the front of the house. I may have been overreacting when feeling the front desk associate got snappy with me. Either way, I'm glad I toughed it out and had Dr. Berlin perform the root canal. Jeff Berlin was very accomodating, patient and understanding. His assistant was excellent too.

I was referred to Advanced Endodontics as an emergency patient. The took care of me right away and the entire staff was very helpful and friendly. My entire root canal procedure was 100% painless and quite fast. Dr. Berlin did great work, he kept making sure I was ok the entire procedure then he even called later that evening to make sure everything was ok and I was feeling well. Great experience and thank you Dr. Berlin!

Rude receptionist. I didn't even get the chance to go in. The way they treat you on the phone is like they're doing you a favor to even speak to you.

It's not everyday a mermaid needs to see the dentist! Dr. Berlin, his office receptionist and staff were so kind to me and made me feel at ease from the moment I made the first phone call about my emergency dental situation. I was so scared and Dr. Berlin made sure I could relax and not be in pain and that I was going to be okay. He checked on how I was doing throughout my root canal. I had a abscessed infected tooth that needed immediate care. His receptionist got me in quickly to be seen. I highly recommend Dr.Berlin! I give the Dr. Berlin and his team 10 Stars!

The Staff was very accommodating with scheduling. Office location easy to find, nice interiors and colorful, tasteful artwork. Staff was very helpful, forms easy to complete. Doctor was very friendly and informative. During procedure, "how are you doing?" check-ins often and other informative comments to help with any anticipation. Doctor made sure as I stood and left exam room, I was feeling fine. Lastly, an evening check-up call by the doctor to make sure I was doing well. 5 Stars, well deserved!

Dr Berlin is simply great at what he does. Even after the work was done he called me at home to make sure I was doing good. Completely knocked out by them!

Dr. Berlin was awesome. I never had a root canal and was extremely nervous but, he was gentle and I felt no pain at all. I was also impressed that he made time right away for me and called me at the end of the evening to see how I was doing and if there was anything else I needed. I would highly recommend him.

I've been a patient of Dr. Berlin for a couple years now, and have had a few root canals treated. My appointment was easy to schedule with his friendly staff, and have always been on time. Most importantly, his work is quick and painless. I felt nothing. Even after the numbing had worn off, my pain or discomfort was little to none (after Advil for a day). I would recommend Dr. Berlin to any of my family and friends. He has also been thoughtful enough to follow-up with a phone call to check-in after all treatments. His attention to care for his patients and work are second to none. Highly professional; beyond excellent work and amazing experience; easily scheduled appointments/ great time management; highest standard of care; and best materials, technology and equipment for treatment.

TLDR; Version: Dr. Berlin runs an impeccable practice. Amazing staff who were able to squeeze me in with a fully booked schedule, and most important of all, get me out of pain quickly. After the procedure was done and the local anesthetic wore off, I felt great and did not need the prescribed pain medication. This is the second time I've seen Dr. Berlin in a ten year period with the same above and beyond service and stellar result. The longer version: I'm a "retired" dentist, so I might know a few things many do not... The reason most people hear horror stories concerning root canals is because general dentists shouldn't be doing most of them. The longer someone is poking around, shaping canals, keeping things exposed, etc... the more likely you are to be in pain afterward. Specialists do (almost) the same thing every day, multiple times per day, and are proficient at it. Especially Dr. Berlin. Working fast is a GOOD thing, especially with confidence. You'll notice some (expensive) impressive looking stuff you won't find at your regular DDS office. Canals are tiny. For a successful result, it's imperative they are cleaned, shaped, and sealed to perfection. The specialized equipment combined with amazing skill lets him see and do what many can't to achieve a superior level of perfection. All of that equates to less time in the chair, substantially reduced odds of pain afterward (in my case, zero, two times in a row) and higher odds of long term success. Thanks again for getting me in there with no advance notice and for the phone call afterward to make sure everything was okay.
