We make connections and promote community services that give patients the tools to live healthier lives.

The thriving Berkshire community we envision is built on health and wellness. We believe that partnering with patients to stay healthy and well is just as important as caring for every patient inside our health system. As the regions leading healthcare provider,

StewardshipWe believe that to ensure our future ability to fulfill our mission, we need to maintain a financially viable organization and focus our resources on the most pressing health needs of the community.

Diversity We believe that in order to serve all of our patients, we need to develop the cultural competency and diversity of our staff and work to eliminate racial and ethnic disparities in the health status of our community.

I know this place for some reason gets a bad reputation, but I think it's just the area to be honest, there are alot of dental places in this city and they provide an invaluable service btw and anyone that's experienced a dental emergency would agree. I have always been treated with kindness and respect at this location, and let me tell you, there is nothing more humbling than tooth pain for anyone who hasn't experienced it so a soft hand is appreciated. And these very nice people have to deal with people experiencing some of the worst pain that a human can experience (and that's a fact) which can't be easy. So please, let me say thank you to the staff members and the doctors, and the wonderful front desk ladies that are very polite for providing a service that without, I wouldn't sleep, I wouldn't be able to eat or drink (thats for sure) I wouldn't be able to live my life and enjoy it, because when it gets bad enough, it literally drains the joy from life. They were nice enough to move my appointment ahead over a month and that just might be the difference between saving my tooth or losing it, so fingers crossed that it doesn't get too bad, really just wanted to clear the air for anyone who reads this, that this location is very nice. Covid has made it hard to get an appointment right now but thats everywhere, just make that appointment and trust me, they will do what they can to help you.

This place is a joke. The staff was extremely rude and one lady almost got into a fight with the dentist while they were leaving over me about to do a procedure. I can't believe this place is still open and it's unfortunate because it's the only one around here

Place is an absolute joke I waited 8 months for my teeth cleaning appointment and these people call me the DAY BEFORE my appointment saying that they can't take me and I have to wait another 5 months. Absolutely ridiculous and rude stuff!

Having just had a difficult procedure I have to say that Chelsea was nothing more than kind, professional, and very gentle. Her partner Brittany was no more than spectacular. The team work that just went on was amazing. I was not worried at all, I felt very confident that I was in great hands with these two. I'm very pleased. Thank you a million times over! You both were wonderful!

i don't understand all of the negative reviews on this place. they've always been kind, caring, and patient with me. always made sure i was calm, and always explain to me what they're going to do before they do it so i know what i'm expecting. as someone with an extreme fear of the dentist, i simply will not go anywhere else. this place delivers wonderful care! also, they get me always get me in in a timely fashion no matter what problem i'm experiencing. i love this place!

They offer no emergency dental care, and the BMC ER is no help for tooth abscesses because they don't abstract.

They don't believe in clearing infections before pulling teeth. Very unprofessional
