I felt comforted I was treated promptly with courtesy and professionalism. My tooth was filled under local anesthesia which I know I must have but I panic with it and I felt comforted throughout my procedure. Thank you

I will be switching all my dental work to this office! The staff is warm, professional, and very efficient. Dr. Gotterer is very pleasant, calming, and super competent. I will be switching all my dental work to this office!

Warm, caring manner. Thank you for professional service delivered in a warm, caring manner. From the time I walked in to the time I left I felt comfortable and valued. Dr. Gotterer was excellent in presenting his findings, taking his time to explain clearly and answer questions

I couldn’t be more grateful nAs you are aware, you have absolutely cured my phobia of dentistry and instead have made it a joy to step over your threshold. The bonus? My teeth have been rescued from a lifetime of avoidance and, thus, major problems, and now are simply beautiful. You have changed my life, and I couldn’t be more grateful

Smiling School The entire staff is wonderful in this office. Each one has gone to smiling school and passed with flying colors. They have all been together for quite awhile and that says alot for this team. The Dr. is excellent and cares about his customers. He even smiles

Dr. Min Chao was born and raised in Taiwan and moved to the U.S. when she was a teenager. She studied Economic and Chemistry at New York University and earned the Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at Tufts University. Dr. Chao further completed apost-graduate residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at Tufts. Passionate about continuing education and lifelong learning, she was a recipient of the Fellowship award from the Academy of General Dentistry in 2020, a distinction only 6% of the general dentists in the U.S. and Canada have achieved.

Coming from a culturally diverse background, Dr. Chao treats every patient with respect and compassion. She keeps up with the latest technology and education to provide the highest quality care for her patients. To Dr. Chao, the most rewarding part of dentistry is to connect with patients, get to know their life stories, and take care of their oral health! Besides being a tooth healer, Dr. Chao enjoys jazz music, playing tennis and drums.

After graduating with a B.A. from Ithaca College in 1983, Dr. Jon Gotterer went on to receive a DMD, with honors, from Tufts University in 1989. Hes a graduate of the Pride Institute, Las Vegas Institute of Advanced Dental Studies and has done extensive continued education in the areas of cosmetic, restorative, and implant dentistry. Hes a member of the ADA, the Berkshire Dental Society, and has served on the staff of the Berkshire Medical Center Residency Program.

Dr. Gotterer lives in the Berkshires with his wife and two sons. In his spare time, he enjoys tennis, yoga, coaching and playing soccer, skiing, mountain biking and all of the great cultural events that the Berkshires has to offer.
