Dr. Frey, Pat and the entire staff are absolutely terrific. This was my first root canal and I can honestyl tell you I DID NOT FEEL A THING!! Dr. Frey completed 99% of the procedure in the first visit. I have some friends who have gone to other endodonists and have not had the success I have had at Berk Endodontics. I give the entire practice 5 stars and would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Dr. Frey and Pat made me feel very comfortable throughout the procedure from start to finish!

Everyone from the front desk to the Dr helped my daughter feel more at ease. The root canal was painless and I would highly recommend them to anyone with dental anxiety

An excellent organization and a very impressive staff. Dr. Frey was the most pleasant and informative endodontist one could hope for.

The procedure was fine, but then months later as we began to come out of the pandemic (with half done dental with the whole time, unfortunately) I received a forwarded final notice for a bill due to the next day, dated from 3 months ago. Despite me filling out many forms with legible writing, the office had made my address an address which does not exist, and I was one day from getting reported to the credit agencies as a result before the post office thankfully deciphered which address they meant.

My wife got a root canal procedure done here, before she could get a crown put on at our regular dentist the tooth cracked. She had asked about a temporary crown, but they said no. It was only two weeks after the procedure. She called back and told them what happened. They basically said too bad, it was her fault. We paid over $300 and our insurance paid another $300. This was a huge waste of money. Now she needs a $3000 implant. They will accept no responsibility.

I needed an emergency root canal. My dentist tried several endodonic practices and this was the only one that offered to stay after hours and relieve my pain. Dr Braum was fantastic, and his assistant Michelle was top notch. I would never hesitate to use this practice. Thank you so much for your kindness !

I would seriously caution anyone from going here . I will share some of what took place, but what I can tell you that this is not a fair and considerate office staff or Dr .and were very unreasonable. Also the office manager and and receptionist have a very unprofessional work ethic. I was told multiple times by the office manager and receptionist that Dr Frey is very upset with me . Although I was respectful to them when a 1 p.m. initial exam could not be completed by 3 p.m. and I sat and waited a long time while Dr was busy with another patient (on my appt time )but i finally had to leave before they could complete my whole exam because I had school children to pick up . I was told that was my fault and it is an offense . Even though when i scheduled the initial appt i was very considerate of their time to tell them I deffinately have to leave by 3 p.m. Also a professional/specialist Dr and staff stating they are very upset with a patient seemed like a very childish way to handle conflict . The upset was totally out of my control and an apparent scheduling mistake they made from my very first appointment . Second , I forgot ONE appt and I was told they are very upset with me and I will not be seen back . Ever . The office manager laughed , and in a mocking way , said that I am not in pain or I would not have missed my appointment, because patients that are in pain don't forget their appointment was her statement . The offical manager was exceptionally unprofessional , very rude , and very unkind. I was told the office policy is , if you make one mistake you will never be seen back . They have the right to do that. I am very happy to say that an upset endodontist did not start any work in my mouth . There are still kind , considerate endodontists in our area and I am thankful to have found one . This office is NOT that . All that being said, you may have a great experience here if you dont make a mistake or say a wrong word . I wish you good luck if this is your endontist choice and would deffinately caution you to be extremely careful . Bless and release .

I cannot recommend Dr. Massaro enough. I saw her for a root canal, and she actually recommended another course of treatment instead of a root canal (which would be done elsewhere). The fact that she would be this honest with a patient instead of performing a potentially unnecessary procedure says a lot about her as a doctor ethically and as a person. They are the best. I have several friends who went here and had work done and had rave reviews. Highly recommended.
