I wish I had read the reviews before booking my appointment. The staff here are rude, condescending, and unwelcoming, especially at the front desk. I have never experienced anything like this at any dental practice I've visited in the past. I will not be returning and would not refer anyone I care for to go to them.

Front desk people are extremely rude and pressuring. I got punched as a university student and she kept pressuring me to get out of pocket scans without consulting my family when i was in pain.

Dr. Berger was rude and condescending when I had my bottom wisdom teeth extraction performed at this office several years ago. I was belittled for asking for more pain medication and an antibiotic because of pain, swelling, and discharge from my lower right wisdom tooth socket. Dr. Berger even told me "next time something's wrong be sure to not call us" because I chose to drive to the ER at 3:30 AM in intense pain rather than tough it out until I could get into the dental office. At the ER I was diagnosed with an infection and dry socket and finally given the additional painkillers and antibiotics I needed to heal properly, so heeding Dr. Berger's advice and seeking treatment elsewhere was perhaps the best decision I made.

I can not tell you how AMAZING Dr. Olga Smutko Is! I had cracked my only root canal and I didn't know what to expect from having it removed. She talked to me for 30 minutes or so answering all my questions. She took the tooth out, put in a membrane ( no bone left where my root canal was and this area had opened into sinuses) and a bone graft, and stitches in 20 min or less with such ease, grace, and empathy for me. Her assistant deserves his own 5 star review. His attention to detail, his thoughtfulness to get things before I even knew I would want or need them. His expertise. They are so experienced and kind. I had to write a review because I've never had such a great experience in dental offices.
