Dr. Bergey was born and raised in Hatfield Pennsylvania, outside of Philadelphia. He graduated from Muhlenberg College in Allentown Pennsylvania with honors and went on to graduate from Georgetown University Dental School Summa Cum Laude.
Dr. OMalley graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. She completed a general practice residency at Staten Island Hospital and her oral maxillofacial surgery residency at the University of Chicago and University of California San Francisco. She went on to complete a fellowship at Missouri Baptist Hospital.
Dr. OMalley is a member of the Pennsylvania Dental Association, American Dental Association, Pennsylvania Society of Oral Maxillofacial Surgery, American Association of Oral Maxillofacial Surgery and the Scranton District Dental Society. She is also a member of the Pierre Fauchard Academy and the International College of Dentistry.
Dr. Mitchell is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana. He went on to earn his degree in dentistry at Marquette University, graduating magna cum laude. It was during dental school that he decided to pursue surgery, and he completed his four-year residency training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana-Champaign, Illinois. Dr. Mitchells training and specialization include dentoalveolar surgery, dental implant surgery, bone grafting, treatment of benign cysts and tumors of the jaws, diagnosis of malignant disease of the head and neck, and the treatment and reconstruction of traumatic injuries. His training also consisted of the safe administration of in-office sedation for adult and pediatric patients.

I had an emergency issue and after weeks of calling around to recommended offices dr bergey was the only one to be able to squeeze me in. The entire experience from my first initial call to my post op visit were phenomenal. The staff and Dr bergey are all exceptional at what they do and make you feel so comfortable and welcome. I can't say enough great things about them and their work. If you need a oral surgeon look no further!

I had 2 issues, one was from a lawsuit where I wasn't financially responsible but they still tried to bill me because the insurance didn't pay enough. The other was they told me one price and months later sent me a bill for more. And they billed my insurance and me for X-rays that were never done. Would not recommend.

Dr Bergey is a professional, caring, meticulous, and experienced oral surgeon. Our area is very fortunate to have him. My son had four impacted wisdom teeth removed by him and the results were perfect. Minimal swelling and no dry socket!! However, my son did follow their instructions so I suggest you do the same. The staff is very pleasant too. The office is extremely clean as well. I highly recommend Dr Bergey.

I had an impacted wisdom tooth and Dr. Bergey and his staff are excellent! I had some swelling, but really no pain. They're very professional , helpful, and genuinely care about their patients. Would recommend.

The doctor is great however do not pay anything until it goes through your insurance. This place ended up balance billing me and then lied about what I was being charged for. My insurance paid and so did I and Debbie in billing could careless. They told me they would refund me what I pain minus what insurance did not cover! However I call back 1 month later and the story changes to well you owed that on top of the insurance.. Place is a total billing nightmare! DO NOT PAY anything at the time of the visit wait until you get the final amount due from your insurance company!!
