SUPER RUDE ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF & SHADY DOCTORS. Due to a medical condition I am unable to have x-rays done and the day before my cleaning appointment the administrator called me saying 'If aren't going to do the x-rays you can go elsewhere". This is AFTER my last appointment where they promised to have a form for me that I can sign. X-RAYS are NOT NECESSARY for cleaning. If we live in a society where one can opt out of getting screened at the airport- I can definitely exercise my right (DUE to a medical condition) to NOT have an x-ray done at my CLEANING. Also, they could have let me know 6 months ago that they won't actually honor the promise of making me have an x-ray each visit.
