Dr. Francioni makes sure to make you feel like an idiot and it is your fault that you are in pain. I couldn't finish a conversation with her without her being condescending. Finally, I requested to see a different doctor. I am giving 4 stars because the rest of them were nice people. If you choose to go here, see a different doctor.

Imagine my fear, being told my medical condition does not allow me to have any sedation; only novacaine. Heck, I have had a couple extractions in the past which turned into bloody messes, so I could imagine what I was in for; especially when told to stay on my blood thinners. Well, the day came for the procedure and I was nervous as hell. Pain? Not at all. Discomfort? A slight feeling of pressure when the tooth came out, otherwise nada. Bleeding? Minimal. What the heck was I worried about? It turned into a pleasant experience, as much as an extraction can be. Doctor Park and his team were wonderful. I recommend you seeing him if you need dental surgery. 7

I have had great experience going to the Hackensack facility. The facility is very nice and helpful. The new address is perfect and beautiful. I had my wisdom teeth removed and they made me feel comfortable. doctor francioni was great and knowledgeable. The process was great and I healed very nicely! Thank you

The office staff is terrific - efficient and gracious. The dental assistant (Toni) was kind and patient and listened to me ramble on nervously before the surgery. And Dr. Park was beyond exceptional. I had some pain and bleeding for less than 8 hours and, following the post operative instructions, I've had a great recovery. I highly recommend them.

I went in for an extraction of an erupted tooth which anchored a three tooth bridge. The bridge needed to be sawed off and cut away from surviving third tooth. Then the remaining half of the erupted tooth needed to be pulled out from the gum. Thank goodness for Novocaine! Dr. Francioni and assistant worked together seamlessly. In no time at all bridge was removed, erupted tooth out, and two sockets grafted in less than 45 minutes. Amazing work!

I'm very happy to say this is second time going there for an extraction and have had no problem. The staff is very polite and caring and knowledgeable. Doctor Park was great and knowledgeable and very gentle . So far everything is going ok .

Dr Park and his crew are by far, the best medical team I ever met. I had bit of large surgery and their treatment were extremely gentle and professional. They made sure I understand and Im aware in every step of the way. Great people !

Toni was very nice and a professional very accommodating and sincere. The doctor was warm and made me feel very comfortable during my procedure. I will gladly recommend Bergen Oral surgery to family, friends and anyone seek a tooth extraction.

Dr. Novelli did some gum surgery on me today to implant bone surrounding my implant because my body "ate up" the bone in my mouth from 3 months ago. Probably because I recently had cancer and they have me an estrogen lowering drug for the next 3 years to keep the cancer away but it also decreases bone mass. The procedure didn't hurt at all, but then it never does. Beautiful new modern office and as usual everything went find and no pain at all. He is so kind and a great oral surgeon.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Bergen Oral Surgery for my wisdom teeth extraction under the care of Dr. Park. I was so pleased with everything from start to finish. First of all, the practice has four locations throughout the Bergen county area for added convenience. The office staff was all so professional, personable and a joy to deal with. Prior to the procedure, I had a few calls with one of the billing department staff on some insurance issues and she was very responsive and helpful. I had my initial consultation in the Ridgewood office, which I found to be comfortable but nothing special. When I arrived for the actual procedure in the newly opened Hackensack office, I was really impressed with the cleanliness and new modern decor. The staff all made me feel at ease and were all very kind and welcoming. They even sent me home with a cute little reusable insulated bag that included some materials to help with the post procedure care. Now, let me not forget the star of the show.... Dr. Park himself! He is such a talented doctor and has an excellent bedside manner. He greeted me personally, made me feel comfortable and even made some jokes to try to make me feel more at ease about the procedure. The extraction was a smooth process and I was so impressed by the treatment and personal care I received. Dr. Park even personally called me the evening after the procedure to check in on how I was doing, and left me his cell phone number to call or text at any time with any issues. I was really blown away by that and to see such a level of care for his patients was a true display of the type of upstanding doctor he is. I am so fortunate to have found this practice and strongly recommend it to anyone in need of oral surgery care. Thank you to Dr. Park and the entire team at Bergen Oral Surgery for making me feel so welcome and for providing such outstanding care to your patients. Keep up the amazing work!

I was referred here due to excruciating wisdom tooth pain and I'm glad I was able to be squeezed in. I got a same day appointment along with treatment. The surgery was painless and quick. The front desk staff woman also went above and beyond to help me. All in all, I spent about under an hour in the office. Dr Francioni and her assistant made me feel relaxed and asked every step of the way how I was doing. I was sent home with instructions, prescriptions ready at my pharmacy, and my after care questions were answered thoroughly. I even received a call back later in the evening from the doctor to check up on my recovery. Would definitely recommend the doctor and her whole team.

This is the only Oral Surgery Practice I will go to. The Doctors and staff have always taken care of me during regular and emergency visits. They always go above and beyond, can't say enough about them. My family comes here and have recommended many friends. All very happy with our care!! If you need a specialist this is the place to come. They also have several office locations which is a plus!!

I was extremely pleased with my experience today. I have been to BOMS several times over the years and have always been treated respectfully and with kindness. Never a long wait, either. The doctors are incredible, as well. Everything is explained in detail and that are very sweet. With BOMS having oral surgery performed is a positive experience.
