Dr. Arthur Eis Dr. Eis has been in private practice for over 30 years, first in Manhattan, and since 1996, in New Milford, New Jersey. A graduate of New York University College of Dentistry, Dr. Eis updates his expertise by attending continuing education throughout the year, especially in the areas of cosmetic and restorative dentistry.
