No one wants a root canal. Berg endodontics made it bearable. A well oiled machine!! The staff was great and Dr. Berg was personal at putting you at ease. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks for all

Just left his office after a root canal, and I have never felt so happy leaving a dental/endodontists' office. Dr. Gatti and Ingrid worked so seamlessly, providing high quality patient care in a nonjudgemental atmosphere. Every need was met and their work exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much!

Husband was sent here for a root canal. I understand not taking Medicare, but the office refuses to give me their Federal Provider number so we could file a claim with Medicare. If you're not going to provide the ID necessary for the patient to get reimbursed for services, at least file a claim for the patient.

Best root canal I've ever had, great bedside. Dr. Berg was fast, efficient, and capable; knocked out a 4-root molar in less than 40 minutes. Only thing I'd ask him to change is 20-30 seconds after the numbing swab before putting the needle in, not 5 seconds. Rest of the procedure was an absolute dream. Price is not cheap, but standard for the procedure. ~1200 for a premolar and about 1440 for a molar. Doesn't take my ambetter but frankly they wouldn't have paid much anyway. Absolutely would come back here but hope I don't have to.

I visited Dr.Gatti and he was a WONDERFUL Dentist! I had a huge amount of anxiety and the entire procedure he was attentive and relaxed me to the point I did not have any pain or anxiety after I was done! All I had was a bit of soreness which is to be expected. Dr.Gatti at Berg Endontics is a God sent. If you have any reservations about this office you can be assured with Dr.Gatti and the STAFF! GREAT EXPERIENCE THANK YOU!

I'm 70 years old and my root canal experience was totally fine. Also, Dr Berg was friendly, respectful and made me feel comfortable. Hoping my root canal will not have any problems.

I was totally happy with all aspects from making my appointment, his entire staff, to finally the great pain free work of Dr. Berg. My problem was a challenge and not the typical root canal for him, but he did an excellent job and saved the tooth. . I would recommend Dr. Berg.

The people that work at this office are not very friendly. They don't seem to know much about anything and one woman laughed at me when I asked if I could have medicine for the pain I've been having with a tooth. I don't recommend this place at all. Very unprofessional.

There is something off with these reviews. The whole experience was great. Doc and staff were wonderful, I'm glad I found someone I can refer folks too and to get future work done with.

Like others, I was genuinely nervous about coming here, but Dr. Berg was great. The root canal took all of 30 minutes and the entire process was painless. I would definitely recommend!

Dr. Mark Berg did his job; he did what he was supposed to do. I was referred to him for a root canal from my dentist. He did the work, he asked me if I was in pain, he informed me of what to do if I was. That's it. I was pleased that he did too and again, he did his job.

I went to Dr. Berg for a root canal. They were great to work with and I was very happy with the service - very friendly and professional. A root canal isn't pleasant but they made it a good experience! I'd recommend them to my friends and family. Pain free and super fast!

Avoid this practice! Came in with gnarly tooth pain. I waited for 30 min for Dr. Berg to come in. Once he did, he was rude and short and asked me the same question multiple times. I was very frustrated as I loathe all dental experiences. He attempted one test and then said "my advice is to go back home until your tooth quits hurting". I find this maddening and unacceptable. I went to my dentist who referred me to a proper endodontist.

They got me in on very short notice for my work comp injury. He listened to me explain everything and accessed my situation for what it was. Never treated me like "work comp" case. I'll be forever thankful!

I saw Dr. Gatti for my first root canal, and I would recommend him to anyone. He was quick, efficient, and made me feel so comfortable!! Of course a root canal isn't fun, but I had the best experience possible in this office!

Standard root canal, new patient. Starting a patient registration to walking out the door I wasn't there even an hour. The procedure was quick, they were very attentive to my pain level, (there was none, they know how to numb!) And they gave me advice on continuing my dental health. A-Z positive experience and I would recommend using Dr. Berg

The absolute WORST oral surgeon I have every visited. He performed a root canal years ago, or I would have avoided him like the PLAGUE, LITERALLY! Today, he shoved my head via his fingers in my mouth, causing his assistants suction tool to stick to my lip and then she yanks the thing and my lip. Hey, how about asking me to turn my head!

I was recommended to Dr Berg by my dentist for a root canal. Dr Berg was very friendly and honest. The procedure for the root canal was very fast and almost painless. Dr Berg was very attentive and quick to get to work. My tooth feels so much better now!!
