Dr. Edwin L Bercier III was born in Rayne, LA and has practiced there since 1971. He Graduated from Loyola University School of Dentistry in 1969. He entered the US Army after graduation, spending a year as a dentist in Vietnam.
Dr. Edwin L. Bercier IV graduated from LSU School of Dentistry in 2004. He has practiced in Rayne since graduation. He is married to the former Lenore Villadiego and they have four children: Jori, Evelyn, Edwin V, and Leo. He earned a BA in Literature from Thomas More College of Liberal Arts in Merrimack, NH, a BS in Microbiology from UL-Lafayette , and his DDS from LSU School of Dentistry in New Orleans.
Dr. Eddie enjoys watching the Saints and UL football (for better or worse), hunting, and travelling with his family. He takes particular pleasure in seeing his children enjoy their many pursuits, namely karate, ballet, jiu jitsu, and music.
Dr. Anthony Bercier is a lifelong resident of Rayne, Louisiana. He is married to the former Kayla Prather of Eunice, Louisiana and they have 2 children, Katherine 'Kate,' and Anthony Joseph jr 'AJ.' He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from ULL and his doctor of dental surgery degree from LSUHSC in New Orleans, Louisiana.
He is a member of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, Louisiana Dental Association, the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
Dr. Melanie Hebert attended Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences and a minor in Psychology. She went on to study and do research at LSU School of Dentistry in New Orleans in hopes of impacting the future of dentistry. During her time at school, she discovered a passion for serving underserved communities, even traveling to Mexico to provide dental services.
Following graduation, she began practicing with the Bercier family. She also had the unique opportunity to serve as clinical assistant professor for LSU School of Dentistry's hygiene program. Dr. Hebert is an active member of the Acadiana Dental Association, Louisiana Dental Association, and American Dental Association.

Absolutely amazing people here I got crowns on 3 of my front teeth I feel like a new person I can smile now without being insecure the staff here are absolutely amazing I have a lot of anxiety they are very patient and reassuring I love this place you feel very well taken care of here

I don't think they care about there patients been suffering for two days with tooth ach and have to wait seven days to see a dentist with no pain medicine

A very well run local family business. My daughters are not scared of dentists and this place is certainly why. They are child friendly with great service and friendly staff. The office and rooms are always clean and ready for patients.

Been going to Dr Bercier for years. The staff are kind and friendly. The environment is always clean and always have a fresh smell. The wait time is less than 45 mins.. I would definitely recommend everyone to go to Dr. Bercier Family Dentistry.

I have been seeing the Bercier family for my whole life. I was Born in Lake Charles and I was treated by a Bercier there as a child. I moved to this area as an adult and my wife and children see the nephews of and brother of my childhood dentist. They also have a new dentist in the office that I have seen. These are great people along with being great dentists. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else Highly recommended!!!!!!
