He was born and raised in western New York and has been married to his wife, Maria, for more than 25 years. Together, they are the proud parents of three grown children, Anthony, Matthew, and Gabriella.
As he got older, Dr. Berardi started to look into career possibilities and found dentistry to be the ideal fit. Unlike any other career, dentistry combined Dr. Berardis scientific interest with his entrepreneurial spirit. It allowed him to build strong and meaningful relationships with people, just like his parents did!
Nowadays, Dr. Berardi provides outstanding professional dental services in a kind and friendly atmosphere. He truly enjoys helping his patients achieve their smile goals while getting to know them as individuals.
When he is not in the office, Dr. Berardi enjoys being at home and spending quality time with his family. He also likes kayaking, traveling, and trying different kinds of foods. He practices Krav Maga with his daughter and enjoys watching the Boston Red Sox play.
Dr. Hetterichs interest in dentistry began during her years at Ithaca College. After shadowing her local dentist and going on a medical/dental mission trip to Ecuador, Dr. Hetterich knew shed found her passion. She switched her major from Spanish to Biology and the rest is history!
She loves building relationships with her patients to help guide you and your family to optimal oral health. Her daily goal is to provide truly comprehensive care using personalized treatments in our comfortable office environment.
Outside of the office, Dr. Hetterich likes to spend her free time with friends and riding her horses. She competes in shows sanctioned by the American Quarter Horse Association at a local and national level. Her show horses name is Invested Version, aka Charlie Brown.

My entire family and extended family (children, grandchildren) have been going to Dr Berardi for several years. we have always been very satisfied for the care we have received. Both Dr Berardi and his staff are knowledgeable, professional, personable, accommodating in every way. They make going to the dentist an enjoyable experience, if that is even possible! I know I will be given expert care and all the information I need to make decisions on my dental care. The office is clean, modern and up to date with the newest technologies. We will continue to receive our dental care with this office and would recommend them to anyone in need of a new dentist.

As good as a trip to the dentist could be! Staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. My doctor was knowledgeable and professional. This was my first visit, I can tell already this will be a long term relationship.

Service acceptable although I was not notified that my regular hygienist was no longer working there and I was scheduled to see the hygienist that I have specifically stated I did not want in the past. I was then assigned to the new hire and he was very good. Also did not see my dentist, Dr. Berardi because he was "on vacation" . If I had known this, I would have rescheduled and I have told them repeatedly in the past that I did not want to see anyone but Dr. Berardi. Finally, now that they no longer participate with my insurance, I had to pay the entire bill upfront and the office personnel could or would not tell me how much of this is going to be reimbursed. Time to reevaluate my dental needs in the future.

Dr. Berardi and his team are incredible! They completely turned my teeth and gums around from the damage of not going to the dentist for a number of years. The office is clean, the front staff are always friendly and inviting, and my dental hygienist Adrienne is the best! I couldn't recommend a better dental office to receive your dental care from!

I was looking for a new dentist and a friend told me about Berardi Dentistry. Going to the dentist, as everyone knows is not necessarily a pleasant experience. I have to say my visit was a very good one. The staff was fantastic, friendly and thorough. Since it had been a few years since my last cleaning, the hygienist took extra time and care in getting my teeth cleaned up. Dr. Berardi is fantastic as well. If you dread the dentist, this is the place you need to go.

The staff were all very welcoming. Lilia had her work cut out for her as my previous dentist was not very thorough, and she did a wonderful job! She took the time to teach me the proper way to floss, and I will be sure to follow her advice!
