I have been going here for years because at first they were one of the only dentist that took our insurance. I was never completely comfortable with the dentist. Every time there would be a pretty big difference between the bill they gave me and then the paper work I received from them. In 2021 I had a tooth extracted and a bone graft. They quoted me like $6000 for a bridge and like $10,000 for a implant with a huge portion coming out of my pocket. Plus if you need ortho or like your wisdom teeth out they refer you somewhere else. That is how I ended up at Smilesquare in the clute area. So I am just now getting my implant for a total of $2000.

Thank you Dr. Pham and Dr. Daisy! I broke a crown recently done at another local dentist, and they were able to work me right in and take care of it. Dr. Daisy tells you what she is about to do and is always checking that i wasnt having any pain! Will definitely be having the rest of my dental work done here.

Our first visit today was absolutely amazing. Kim (the hygienist) was so good with my little boys and so was Dr.Daisy. The front desk staff was absolutely wonderful as well (Katie and Crystal) we will be going here from now on! I don't understand all the other bad ratings but I love this office, and I recommend despite the other reviews you give Bent Tree Dental a shot.

Watch out for this place they try to charge things to your insurance that's not being done. Then when we figured out something didn't seem right my wife called to cancel the appointment and get second opinion. When she got to the new dentist they asked her did she have the x-rays my wife said no Bent tree has them. When she called to get them they told her she owed a $200 no show fee then she could have them.

I have debated writing this review for years. I have never written a review; however, I use them often. I hate talking badly on a business but I felt obligated to share my experience. My experience with Bent Tree occurred about 2 years ago. I decided to write this review because it appears to me that the same people for the most part still work at Bent Tree. 100% they were very friendly if they were a hospitality company they would receive 5 stars; however, this low review is based off their performance. I went in along with my parents (who also had appointments), we were all scheduled to have check ups. My parents and I scheduled additional visits due to Bent Tree informing us that we all needed some type of extra work. Apparently we all needed fillings done. In addition to the work done they pushed other products on us that they suggested we needed. Products such as mouth guards and special medications. We did not decide to purchase any of the additional products. They were concerned about my father due to the fact that he had some sort of "rare and irreversible" gum disease that would cause him to lose his teeth in a few months. Bad news indeed but but we did not purchase the medication for my father due to cost. A week later my mothers filling fell out, as a result we scheduled another appointment. At my mothers appointment they determined the solution was to take her tooth out. Confused, we trusted the doctors decision. A week after that (2 weeks from my initial filling appointment) I began experiencing extreme tooth pain. I could not drink, eat, or have any type of air flow through my mouth (breathing, yawning, etc.). After a few days of the situation worsening I scheduled an appointment. I had an x-ray done and they determined that the only solution was to take my tooth out. As a 23 year old male singer I was concerned about my appearance and asked what happened. They informed me that the filling was too deep and that my tooth was dying. I asked how much it would cost me since I did not have insurance that would cover for such a thing. They quoted me $5,000 at least. I explained that I did not have the money and that I could not do it. They tried to convince me that it was the best thing to get out of pain and that the tooth would fall out anyway. I explained that as a college student I could not afford that even on a payment plan. I remember feeling hopeless due to financial situation and pain. I could not believe I was losing my tooth. After weeks of pain and emotion I found another dentist that could give me an exam and x-ray for about $60 (THANK YOU MEHOP!!!). I decided to get a 2nd opinion. Bent tree claimed they kept sending their x-ray yet the new dentist never received it. The new dentist informed me that I had extremely inflamed nasal passages and that due to swelling my gums were being pushed causing tooth pain. The new dentist suggested to get an over the counter allergy medication. I remember the disbelief I felt. I kept asking him over and over "I am not losing my tooth?" After a week my tooth pain went away and after 2 years my tooth is still healthy and intact. My father hasn't lost any teeth either and our new dentist has no idea what Bent Tree saw in terms of my fathers "rare and irreversible" gum disease. I apologize about the length of this review; however, I hope it can prevent someone from paying for something they do not need. Whatever you decide to do I suggest getting a second opinion on the matter. I still question to this day if my mother even needed to have her tooth removed or if we even needed fillings in the first place.

First time at Bent Tree and it was a very good experience. Went for cleaning and to check out a crown issue. Allie was great in setting up an appointment and helping verify the insurance. Pam is a great hygienist...engaging, caring and very thorough. Dr. Pham gave a recommendation for the crown. Everything went very well! I recommend Bent Tree.

I don't really understand the bad reviews but I guess everyone else has a different experience. The front desk ladies have been super helpful and polite. My son had to get three major cavities filled requiring several treatments. Daisy is absolutely amazing and they were able to get them filled with only local anesthetic. She is extremely patient with him and the dental hygienist have been amazing as well. The reviews had me skeptical so I decided to share my positive experience

Dr. Daisy is the best. She pulled 2 teeth from my son and he didnt even know it. The doctors are great, the techs are great, as far as going to the dentist, I won't go anywhere else.
