Mini dental implants are small titanium screws that are implanted in the jaw bone. Over the course of a few months, the implants become fused with the jaw bone and cannot be removed without additional surgery. In many cases, a denture is attached to the implants for stability.
The placement of mini dental implants is designed to be as quick and easy as possible. Dr. Miller will first administer a local anesthetic to reduce pain and discomfort. Then, an extremely precise surgical method is used to set the mini dental implants in their exact locations. In contrast to a full implant procedure, this is a simple one step treatment that requires no sutures or long healing periods.

Excellent bunch of professionals. Dr. Miller is a self-professed Dental Nerd! He's great! The hygienist is painless. This is the place to go if you need your ivories tickled. And, I don't even have a piano!

The best dentist you will ever have! The people here are amazing! You actually look forward to having your teeth cleaned! If you are afraid because you have had painful experiences in the past, this is the dentist to go to! Every procedure is absolutely pain free! Everyone is so personable, and so friendly, and really go out of their way with the best customer service ever! I have been going to Dr. Miller for over 20 years! No matter where I live, I will always keep him as my dentist! They really are an incredible team!

I have been a patient at Bent Tree Dental for over 20 years. Dr. Rick Miller is a gentle, kind, compassionate dentist who treats each patient individually and with great care. I recently started seeing one of their new hygienists, Ezra who is also very personable and gentle. He takes pride in his work and takes the time to get to know you at each visit. The front desk staff are also very friendly and efficient in regards to billing and scheduling appointments.

I would Stay away from this place. There "customer service" is horrible. You go to a dentist you expect to get good service. Btw whoever does not have a social do not go there. Even if you pay upfront for anything you are doing, they will not except you. "It's policy"

After 10 years in the military i was turned off my dentist and optometrist. So i almost never see one. When i moved back to the Dallas area i injured my mouth and sat in intense pain for 3 days. I made the call to the nearest dds and it was dr Miller. He is a legend among men. Very good at his profession. One of the only dentist that can work in my mouth without copious amounts of gas and numbing. He explained dental hygiene and the work to be done, so i had a better understanding of what was going on. We shared some laughs before he got to work. All my visits were relatively quick as he is a professional. After i was finished and went home. I received a text from none other than the dr himself checking on me because he cares about each and every patient. On top of that i received a card thanking me for trusting him and his staff and choosing his office. I've gone back a few times now and every experience is a 5 of 5 stars. If your like me and want the best out of life check out dr Miller and his staff at bent tree you won't be disappointed.

First of all everyone was really nice and professional. Next, Dr. Miller was excellent! He explained everything to me and the hygienist...super sweet and AMAZING! They offered me gas to calm my nerves because I did not realize I was squeezing my hands together due to a toothache. He removed the tooth quickly and smoothly. He even checked on me later that evening, yes he texted me. I know his office is out of network for my dental provider, but it was definitely worth it. Best bedside manners or patient concern sincere I've lived in Texas over 12 years. Whole staff is top notch!

This a wonderful, inviting dental office! From the moment I walked in and was greeted by Liliana to complete paperwork in the beautifully Thanksgiving decorated and calming lobby/waiting area, I just knew this may very well be the dental office for me. Shortly afterward, I met Rita. Rita is highly knowledgeable and presents dental options in an organized and easy manner to follow. Largely due to her detailed explanation of potential future dental treatments and her sunny disposition, I considered continuing my dental care at Bent Tree Dental. Enter Dr. Miller with his calm and reassuring bedside manner, coupled with comprehensive explanations and patience as I asked questions, I decided I am definitely returning! Finally, Rosemary and I met to discuss payment options. Since I no longer have dental insurance and would be paying out of pocket, I inquired about payment plans and she gave me Care Credit information. In about 10 minutes I was approved for a 12 month, no interest account. Thank you, Dr. Miller and staff for making my first dental appointment in five years a non-threatening and enjoyable experience. I look forward to working with all of you. Blessings always!

This was the most exceptional dental visit I have ever had. They love their work and care about their patients. I left the office and immediately called family to describe the experience. I continue to share the story with friends. Every staff member works to make the patient feel like they matter. I was greeted and provided a comfortable seat. Magali brought me back for X-rays on time and then sat me for cleaning. I had not been cleaned in a year and a half and Vivian worked meticulously and gently to repair the damage my neglect had caused. Both Magali and Vivian were very kind to me despite the condition of my teeth and provided me with some education I was missing. I ended up getting three fillings as well. I was very surprised that they were able to fit me into the schedule. I took this as evidence that Bent Tree Dental is not the type of dental office that seems to over book to increase revenue at the expense of the customer experience. Rita even came in to help since my stay lasted longer than expected. This is an office where you get to know the staff and Dr. Miller; where you are unique and are provided with the attention your treatment warrants. Dr. Miller performed the fillings and was excellent at communicating the experience that was expected at each step prior to taking the next step. He was also careful to check that the described experience was the one being had. He provided me with additional education that I had not received at any other dental office. Despite the fillings, experience was not only comfortable and painless, it was enjoyable. During my visit I also learned about the staff and their families some. As I discussed some of my history as a veteran, I learned that Dr. Miller has been going out of his way to support veterans and active duty service members. He and his staff are actively involved in community outreach and service. It is apparent that the care I received at Bent Tree is not simply good business practice, it is genuine. I just found that their office's facebook page has a background with the quote, "Let our lives be full of both thanks and giving". They live that quote and I will be a patient for as long as possible.

Dr. Miller is a great person to have for dental work, quite friendly and great to talk with. He has a quite friendly staff, that care about every patient they have and make sure you are well cared for. Ever since I've been seeing him, I have enjoyed coming to see him, and I am glad I found him. For anyone in need of a dentist, I suggest you talk to Dr. Miller and his staff, they will see you are handled the best way they know how or direct you to the best help they can. That is the best way they can provide the care and needed patient help necessary.
