For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.
Dr. Eisenbrock graduated from Overbrook High School, which is famous for schooling Wilt Chamberlin and Will Smith. He then attended Widener University where he received a bachelors of science degree. Dr. Eisenbrock attended Temple University School of Dentistry and graduated in 1976.
Dr. Eisenbrock has two children who are in the medical field and is very knowledgable about medical offices in the area. Ask the Doc or Marci about primary care physcians or specialists if you are seeking medical care.
Dr. Howard Russell Spruill graduated with a bachelor's degree from Columbia University and received his dental degree from the University of Pennsylvania, School of Dental Medicine. He completed an extensive residency program at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ. After residency, he worked several years in New Jersey, and he is excited to return to Pennsylvania to work at Neshaminy Valley Dentistry.
Dr. Spruill has immense experience in a range of dental procedures, including but not limited to crown and bridge, veneers, implants, root canals, and extractions. He also prides himself on his ability to engage patients and provide them with a pleasurable dental and social experience. Dr. Spruill is hard-working, friendly, and empathetic, and he strives to provide patients with an exceptional standard of care.

Victoria Taylor (Tori) is a Registered Dental Hygienist who graduated in 2010 from Community College of Philadelphia. She has three awesome boys and lives in Trevose, PA. She loves her job of being a Dental Hygienist and has a passion for helping others. She loves learning new things about her trade and will always be willing to learn new techniques, educate herself and increase her knowledge and skills. She is also always willing to educate her patients and answer any questions they may have.
graduated from Montgomery County Community College with an A.A.S. in Dental Hygiene and is also certified in CPR. She has been a dental hygienist at Bensalem Family Dentistry for 8 years. Lauren enjoys working with patients of all ages She prides herself in giving patients a thorough and gentle cleaning, making them feel as comfortable as possible. In her spare time, Lauren enjoys painting, watching movies, and spending time with her husband, her son, and her Russian blue cat.
Jackie is our lead dental assistant and takes pride in her work. She has been with us since 2008. Cosmetic is her specialty and she will not let you leave without a smile! She lives in Langhorne with her husband, Trevor, and their two dogs, Brodie and Emerson. When not in the office, she loves to craft and spend time with her niece Oliva and nephew Leo.
Brittany has been with us since 2013. Dental is her passion and she strives to make patients feel comfortable during their visits. She lives in Penndel with her fianc, Dave, and their son Jace (5). In her free time, she loves to spend time with her family and her black cat, Luna Girl.
has been with our practice for 23 years. Marcia has her Masters Degree from Villanova University in Counseling/ Psychology and specializes in communication and patient relations. She enjoys meeting new patients and helping them overcome their dental fears.
Cierra is our Hygiene Assistant. She's here to assist our hygienist's so they can focus on our patient's individual needs. She loves working in the lab and keeps our office clean and organized. Cierra lives in Feasterville and loves to be outside with her son Cole(2).
Amber is our wonderful Insurance Coordinator. She gladly assists our patients with any insurance needs and is always there to help you at check out! Amber lives in Philadelphia with her son Noah(8). When out of office, Amber likes to paint, travel and spend time with her son.

Im Not happy with the office staff not wanting to bill my insurance first per my insurance's request. They quoted all kinds of coinsurance fees and I overpaid but they didn't care.The 2nd visit, the Receptionist demanded money up front before work & half more than told on the phone. They don't like to return calls efficiently either. Im finding a new dentist who cares about their patients & bill insurance first before taking more of your money than necessary.

This dentist was rude and unprofessional! He let his hygienist numb me after 15 cartridges still wasn't numb and had muscle spasms for 2 weeks! His response was "you don't have nerves in ur face"! I'm a medical professional sir. Then he tells me he's gonna give me gas so I can be a better patient. I hopped out of the chair, told him he wasn't touching me and walked out! Also he charges 250 cash for a visit that's completely covered by insurance. So he's stealing from his patients. I've reported him. *****WARNING***** STAY AWAY!!!

I've been a patient of Dr. Eisenbrock's since 2008. Previously I'd probably had 8-10 dentists throughout my life, and while some were good, none compare to him. He and his entire staff have always provided me the utmost class, professionalism, and honest work I could ever hope for. Whether it be cleanings with Lauren or major work with the Doc himself, I've always felt I was getting the best treatments possible. Some of the work he and his staff have performed over the years include: -Countless cleanings -Two crowns -Numerous cavity repairs -Root scaling and a variety of other gum work -Two wisdom teeth removed -Pre-work for endodontal treatments and a referral to an outstanding Endodontist (Dr. Michael Marmo) -Eight veneers that 7 years later are in as good a shape as the day I got them All of the above work was performed to what I believe to be of outstanding quality. However, what I most appreciate about Doc and his staff are they are genuinely good people. Aside from the friendly and upbeat demeanor of everyone, they really do care about you. I had a major issue with my teeth a year ago (which ultimately led to the endodontal work I references above), and it came to a head on a Saturday where one of the affected molars became extremely painful, to the point where I actually contacted them. I was mainly hoping for an Rx for pain meds until my Tuesday appointment, but Doc and one of his assistants came in on their DAY OFF and treated me. And this wasn't a treatment where there were fixing a "mess up" on their end or anything if the sort where one may feel they were obligated, this was he and his staff genuinely caring about their patient. Call me cheesy, but that to me is what most matters. Because bottom line, just about any dentist is skilled at what they do, but what sets them apart to me is their integrity. All in all, yes, prices are reasonable, treatments always been great (and I've had a wide variety), the new office has all sorts of fancy new equipment, but what has kept me a patient, even after moving an hour away, is the integrity. So if you want quality work from great people, there's no better option than Dr. Einsenrock and his entire staff.

Beware !!! He pulled 4 wrong Teeth out !!! What good denist takes out 4 good teeth? Threatened me with legal action for posting reviews and had them removed . Years later and $$ I am just now able to smile After having all the teeth Dr Eisenbrock "fixed" replaced Doctor is so rude ,arrogant and greedy the front office No better

I have to say anyone who went to Dr.Eisenbrock and was not happy with the work have fun go and try to find a better one. I am a coward when it comes to my teeth the staff are the best they all ways take ther time and until I am comfortadle Dr.Eisenbrock sings when he works. What Dr. does that he will not work on you until you are ready .I can't believe he took out 4 teeth. I just had a bad one pulled one out yesterday and the tooth was bad.And for money for all the work I think it was cheap.If you don't have Insurance they have there own independent plan.So what excuse do you have now NONE ,

I love going to Dr. Eisenbrock's his work is Exemplary .i love his staff.I would tell all my friends to go to Dr. Eisenbrock .I take my children and they love getting theirTeeth cleaned.He uses the best Novocain so I feel nothing and I am a Scared coward.As a physician I understand how hard it is find a great dentist and I am very lucky to have been going to him for my dentistry.

I had too many horrible experiences at previous dentist offices and was reluctant to go to another one however this was by far the most pleasant and positive experience I've ever had, if there is such thing as positive dental experiences lol, but seriously I would recommend this office to anyone especially if u have had the horrible past experiences like me.. The office has 2 gained 2 new patients including my wife and I look forward to my future visits..

Note - Not located at this google address, get with it google. Quite enjoyed the atmosphere and treatment I've received here. First visit for an initial consultation they let me extend to get the fillings I needed. Spent plenty of time evening my nite out after, and the price was much lower than I'd feared. Follow up visit for a cleaning was available two weeks later and was a pleasant and easy experience as well. Competent and professional people and work in my experience.
