The staff is very rude! I literally picked my child up from school and went straight to her orthodontist appointment. The gal who changed out her bands was extremely rude when my daughter accidentally dropped her glasses on the ground, she stated "that's a good place for them" Then she proceeded to rudely tell my child she needed to brush her teeth better. Mind you it's 3:00 pm, she has ate/drank a few times before her appointment. I didn't think she was there getting her teeth cleaned only her bands changed out. If we had not have already prepaid for her braces we would be changing care else where. This isn't the one and only time they've been rude back there. Fix your rude staff please!

Got fitted for Invisalign, follow-ups as I progressed through the trays, and then a short "refinement" period to perfect my smile and eliminate the crowding that I was so concerned of. They take the time to explain things, make sure your orthodontic goals are aligned with theirs, and develop a treatment plan that you will be happy with! Highly recommend!

I've been coming to these guys for roughly 2.5 years and they have done a phenomenal job!! I couldn't be happier with my new smile! (: The staff is so beyond friendly I love that that they are honest and tell you everything that's going on. I couldn't have been blessed with a better place!

The office located here in Gillette is amazing. The staff is always friendly and ontop top of things. From our first appointment coming up with a plan of action down to almost the end has been nothing short of great. Dr. Ledingham has gone above and beyond to make sure my daughter has the perfect smile. I could not be more greatful and will for sure be bringing my other daughter here. I would highly recommend everyone to come here and let them help with your best smile possible!!
